Never will I use this company again! Wallpaper x 3 rolls ordered should of been solid blue colour but the panelled squares had white around edges! I emailed to ask for refund and to return and after many emails and pictures of roll opened, I was finally told I can only return for refund the unused rolls and will have to pay return postage? It’s faulty which I could only know once opened!! Awful company customer service terrible!! I sent 3 rolls back one opened and requested refund as it was clearly faulty!!! They refunded faulty roll but not other 2 yet all 3 rolls were in same box! This is the worst company I’ve ever used and I honestly wouldn’t order from them it’s a disgrace! Customer service is awful!!
Fast delivery - beautiful wallpaper - great quality paper - would recommend
After some technical issues with ordering and speaking with customer services I was able to order. I chose Amazon in Red and Black and waited in anticipation for the paper to arrive...sadly had I have know it was being delivered by Hermes/Evri then I probably wouldn't have ordered but that is the least of my issues...the bright red's, greens and the contrasting black would be a fabulous addition to my bathroom BUT instead what I got was paper with dull green's and red's that hardly pop and looks dull and depressing. Definitely don't recommend anyone buying this paper. Very disappointing 😞 22nd August 2022 - Thanks for your reply. I'm thrilled that other people have rated this product highly, however, for me the picture that you advertise is most definitely not what was received. Regardless of what device I've used or what brightness settings I've used - the paper advertised is rich bright greens and red's (like the amazon forest) what was received was very dark muted greens and would suggest that the bright red is in fact a very dull pink. I accept that I should have ordered a sample but the paper was not what was on display. The purpose of this site is to leave a review for my purchase, I have done, and I am disappointed with the paper. Not looking for a refund as one roll already opened but accept the feedback, the colour on your website is NOT what was sent out

Good selection of products and good packaging during delivery that ensures no damage to the rolls. You could pay more for expedited delivery but as if it falls on weekend you will have to wait longer than standard delivery, should automatically delete this option of payment on weekends. Will recommend for buying wallpaper products.

Ordered a sample from wow & I was surprised how quickly it got delivered, excellent service, just about to order the rolls & hoping that comes just as quick!
I ordered samples on 17th of July, except for a refund on one of the samples that are out of stock, I've heard absolutely nothing since.
Wallpaper was very bad quality, artwork very pixilated with no detail, looked like clip art gone wrong.
I have made 3 orders so far (5 different wallpapers) and I cannot fault a single thing. Prompt delivery to New Zealand, excellent quality products and incomparable pricing.

Great selection of wallpaper - prompt delivery of my samples. Samples were of a reasonable size to get a good idea of what it will look like in a room.
Placing order, arrival and quality of wall paper were all good. My issue is they advertise as easy returns. The return is at the expense of the buyer and despite returning the wallpaper on 16th June, 3 emails and a call to complain (their customer contact number of website doesn’t work) I’m still out of pocket by £45! There’s so many, take your business elsewhere.
