Very poor quality of wallpaper. Very unsatisfied for the price I paid for 3 rolls of paper for my babies nursery. Can see every mark underneath the paper requiring the wall to be stripped and re-papered with an alternative wallpaper. Contacted the company who said the paper was not faulty and blamed my walls which are plain white walls in a new build house. Will never use this company again. Overpriced wallpaper and poor quality.
The design of the wallpaper is good however the print on the paper is not the best. You really have to be careful when wiping the wallpaper down as you stick it to the wall. A few times we had to take down a section where the blue pattern wiped away and you saw white. Also with navy paper the edges should have been blue. Such a shame as ir looks good.
Shocking service from the customer service department from this company… let me order then received an email the next day to say a set of wallpaper was out of stock so requested a refund on this wallpaper I asked had the other part on my order been shipped and was told it would be shipped that afternoon 26/10/23 (I ordered on 22/10/23) 6 days later from receiving the email that it was being dispatched on 26th afternoon I received nothing so I rang customer services (today 1st Nov) and was told they are shorted staffed and my other shipment still hadn’t been shipped I said why? you told me it was being shipped was last week I’ve been in regular contact with the customer service manager and nothing was ever said about longer dispatched times also the website doesn’t state this either and the best she could do is TRY to despatch today so I requested a refund… I’ve ordered from this company in the past and never had any issues the reviews are always quick delivery but 10days after ordering I’ve received nothing… filed a complaint with the company so awaiting a response from this

I ordered a wallpaper sample on the 22nd of September which was apparently sent out on the 23rd. It is now the 30th and I haven't received it. I emailed customer support and was asked to wait 5 days from dispatch for it to arrive and that time is up now. I wouldn't mind if the samples and postage were free but I've paid for both and now have to look around elsewhere because I'd actually like to decorate soon instead of waiting so long for a simple sample.
World of wallpaper did what both Amazon or Evri couldnt, simply deliver goods in a reasonable time. Fantastic service from asking not to use Evri to delivery. Delivery was prompt, well packaged . Customer service from my initial call was 5 star, this is how customers should be treated. Will def use again.

Out of two rolls I ordered, they were completely different colours. I have two completley different colours of wallpaper that are unusable for the half wall even when I ordered from the supposey same product code online. I was advised that I should have read the FAQs when ordering as its my job to look for the batch numbers to make sure the colours match they dont put it on an order. Oh and its also upto the customer to keep the paper slip that comes on the rolll. Ive never recieved such poor customer service. The quality of product is poor. I ordered this and paid shipping to Australia for both rolls. The paper creased easily and was thin, the print colour is not solid and also had white specks through it. I wish I had of also read the bad reviews before purchasing about the poor customer service also. They are the company selling the product they should be keeping track of batch numbers with the orders for any issues like this. I'll be ripping it down and going elsewhere with better customer service, as they are also saying I'm at fault for an error for two different coloured wallpapers which is laughable.
