Fast delivery and paper was really great. Decorator was telling me how he could tell it was really good quality wallpaper and was surprised when I told him it was only £10 a roll. Great range to choose from. I will definitely be using again for the next room.

Ordered some samples. They were expensive (almost £11 for 6 samples) and are quite poor quality. Also seemed to take ages to come. Unfortunately I have to confess I am comparing to John Lewis who sent me their samples free, which came within 2 day and a free tea bag to make a cup of tea 🤣

We had a decorator booked for a Monday - so the Tuesday before I ordered the wallpaper and paid for next day delivery - just in case. I knew I had missed the 2pm deadline but thought at least they would come on Thursday. They were delivered on Saturday! Yes, we got them just in time, but I'm not sure what I paid next day delivery for...

Delivery was perfect but the paper I received was of rubbish quality. The pattern just rubbed off while smoothing paper down. I put 3 strips up and all 3 were badly marked. Unfortunately had to be taken down and thrown away. Very disappointed. First time ordering and will definitely be my last. I've been a decorator for a number of years so the pattern rubbing off was no fault of my own Following on from this I have received numerous emails from world of wallpaper, asking for photos of the damaged paper although I have told them on numerous occasions that the paper I'd put up had to be taken from the wall and binned so I don't have photos I honestly wouldn't recommend this company as the customer service I've received has been shocking as well as the quality of the paper. In regards to world of wallpapers reply to my review, this isnt true as I've been in touch before and after the review and received shocking customer service in return and saying I struggled to apply it is rubbish, as I've said countless times the pattern was rubbing off while smoothing down, I know what I'm doing as a decorator

Placed the order on Sunday afternoon. Checked on Monday, order was being processed. Delivery Tuesday morning 8.46. Well packed and all same batch number. Brilliant service. Will definitely order from World of Wallpaper again. Sheila P

Great wallpaper but your size guide for number of rolls required said two rolls, but not enough, so am waiting on the third to be delivered. Perhaps you could be kind enough to refund my 2nd delivery charge? Thanks
