Perfect - decent size samples

Had all the wallpaper I wanted, speedy delivery, although the packaging was damaged when it arrived the items inside were sound. All in all a good service 👍

I ordered 3 samples they arrived quickly which was great but the samples are small not showing the full pattern. This means that some of the pattern is missing so how are you supposed to know if you like the paper if you can't see the full pattern for example the 3D woodland paper i received a sample with the 2 birds, part of a butterfly and part of flower and the rabbits ears. A sample should be big enough that you can see the full pattern and the start of the repeat. The samples were folded into 4 so when unfolded deep creases ran both ways across the sample making it difficult to appreciate what they looked like when i taped them onto the wall. I paid just under £5 for 3 samples to be sent to me which was a waste of money because they gave me no help at all in deciding which paper to choose. Update: Thanks for the reply but we will have to agree to disagree because for me I pay for a sample ( and yes in answer to your reply I did pay 99p but that was per sample plus Post so just under £5 in total ) so I can see the pattern in real life as well as texture and quality. I also don't expect wallpaper samples to be folded into 4 so that deep creases run both ways across, as I like to tape the samples to the wall so i can compare them and the deep creases meant i couldn't appreciate what the paper looked like. I would be very suprised if people only ordered samples to feel the wallpaper, I would have thought most people want to see the pattern and appreciate what the paper looks like on the wall in real life. I appreciate you don't make a profit from samples but it's not like you're giving them away for free is it, so surely they could be a little larger and perhaps a slightly larger envelope so they don't have to be folded into 4. My review was meant as a constructive criticism hence why i gave 3 stars and not 1. I gave 3 stars because the samples arrived in good time and the feel of the paper was nice but for me not being able to compare the wallpapers properly because of the small size and creased samples meant that my experience didn't warrant more than 3 stars and for me personally it was a waste of money purchasing the samples.

Website was very clear, ordering process very simple HOWEVER once I’d purchased the wallpaper of choice at an extremely good price and paid for order. The next day I received and email to advise out of stock, not sure when stock would be back in so they were going to refund me. I challenged this as I went back on their website to find I could purchase BUT at double the price. The response I received when I raised this was oh not out of stock but the whole stock was now damaged. Ordering on website once again permitted me to order the stock, so I challenged this once more to be advised my order was not cancelled and refunded. In all 3 emails I did not receive a response to the fact that I could actually re-order a product they were saying they didn’t have. It sound more like an admin error on their website offering the wallpaper at the incorrect price and instead of being professional about it and putting their hands up, they have fabricated stories. Their service is they aim to respond to all emails within 2 working hours, this they did so long as you didn’t actually expect an actual response that correlated to the questions raised. Have now sourced wallpaper elsewhere as would rather pay more to liaise with a company that has integrity.

Ordered on Saturday and arrived Tuesday and it was well packaged. Thankyou 👍👍

Ordered wallpaper on a Friday, paid extra for next day delivery, expected delivery wouldn't arrive until the Monday but received the next day (Saturday) so delighted! Great quality wall paper and at a good price.

Lovely and thick paper. Not at all flimsy

Easy enough to pick papers etc but had a lot of issues trying to pay. Ended up ringing in to pay instead. Wouldn't put me off using this site again. Samples arrived following day.
