Was going to buy some stuff from this company, a dual makita charger and a LXT 18v naked planer, such great prices ,they were cheaper than anybody else , but seeing the twin makita charger is such a rare item they are obviously impossible to get hold of, or for any other company they all seem to have stock and plenty , no stock in November, December or January and now halfway through February still no stock , the LXT planer I was notified of as back in stock mid January, but now their super keen price had now gone up above others, I got fed up of waiting and purchased elsewhere, I made the right decision as I managed to get hold of the products instantly at virtually the same price, I won't bother looking at your store in the future on good pricing structure for items that just don't come into stock.

Initially I was a little concerned as I didn't receive a confirmation email on my purchase but clicked on the contact button and was contacted promptly via the dialogue box, which also had issues, I couldn't reply, I had given my phone number on the contact info and so they called me straight away and solved my issue right away. Great customer service. My purchase was then delivered on time and I was given a 2 hour delivery slot buy the courier.
