Quick delivery, perfect product
Ordered online and paid for next day delivery. Instead of delivery, I got a telephone call from Robert saying their stock was damaged/incomplete so were ordering more and they would be delivered to me 2 days later. Now 6 days later nothing, zip, diddly squat so had to purchase elsewhere and try to make up the week lost waiting for these exterior grade nails! When contacted, they didn't even realise that I was still waiting! Need to improve to compete with the BIG online retailers. UPDATE - Swift phone call to apologise and try to make amends for hassle followed by immediate refund to Paypal acct. Always personable and well intentioned.
They were very good.
This has to be the worse company I've dealt with. The company promised that the machine purchased was a up to date ex demo. On arrival the machine was a 2013 model filled with the wrong two stroke fuel mix which voids the manufacturer warranty. The machine was collected as I did not want it. now after three weeks of phone calls and promising a refund, no funds have reached my account. Disgraceful...
