This shop is actually local to me, but I never knew about it. I ordered online, for pickup at store, and got a phone call almost immediately to confirm the order, and an explanation that they were in the middle of a stock take. I arranged to call at the store a little later in the week. Good communication, and great service. Shop us like a little Tool Treasure trove, seems to have everything.

Tried to get a delivery deferred by sending an email, but it wasn't acknowledged nor deferred so delivery courier had to make a second run. Courier stated that they had not received instructions despite my using an webster power products email address shown on the invoice.
