The service couldn’t be much easier, I phoned as I had a little trouble trying to purchase my item on the website on my iPhone 7plus. Once my call was answered, within a matter of minutes I had purchased my item and I had a confirmation email of my purchase and received my goods the very next day. Excellent service. I ordered a Hitachi angle grinder which was considerably cheaper than from anywhere else. I placed my order on a Friday and received it early Monday morning, which is the next "working" day. Unfortunately though the box did not look to have been previously opened, several items were missing. No locking discs,,spanner or hendle. I e.mailed the co. and received a phone call back within minutes, when a young man called Robert apologised and promised the parts next day. True to his word they were delivered Tues. morning and my angle grinder is now complete. It looks a very good piece of kit and at a very good price. I would happily have given 5 stars had it not been for the missing parts.

No problem ordering but change in my schedule meant I needed to delay delivery for a day. Asked (over the weekend) for this to happen. Received an immediate reply confirming new delivery date... and that's what happened.
