Great staff always on hand to help you with anything,you don’t need to go driving around all day as you can get everything in the one place from hiring equipment to buying any tools to get the job done, the dewalt section is very impressive.

*Update* Rob from Websters contacted me and rectified all my issues. It is true that the mark of a good company is not just doing the day to day stuff well, but fixing the issues that go wrong from time to time. I feel very well looked after and would now buy again. I needed a Dewalt reciprocating saw to remove a timber window on a tight deadline. I chose Webster because they appeared to have it stock and significantly cheaper than a more local supplier. I got no acknowledgement email, so had to call, to be assured the order had been received and the unit shipped.... Over a week later (after I had to do the job another way) the saw arrived in a smashed up box, but thankfully with no damage to the saw. I would probably go to a local outlet next time.

Great service. Ordered on a Thursday morning received goods the next morning.

Item was delivered next day as promised at no extra charge which is great. However other than the initial order confirmation I received no further update saying despatched and no way on website to check the status. I tried using their online chat but always said checking for next agent then disconnected. I emailed them but no response. Luckily it turned up on time as needed the item for a job - but I would rather know its on its way and that's how it is wherever you order these days.

ordered jigsaw and circular saw on Saturday evening, got both on Tuesday morning, phoned Monday they told me the order was being processed. Excellent value for both saws, best value around, especially after checking other sites including "the big one". Will use again.

Went in to view their dewalt products., Found staff very co operative and very friendly, so much so I came out of the shop with 2 products.

Excellent service and fast delivery

Missing product on initial delivery. Spoke to customer service. Had to wait a further 2 days for missing product to arrive. Asked customer service to specify to courier to leave parcel in a safe location but guess I was not clear enough on my instructions as returned home to find card through the letterbox "Sorry we missed you ". Now I have been inconvenienced further having to track down a telephone number to contact courier to arrange for redelivery and leave in a safe location. Altogether not a five star service. Lucky to get one........ After the initial problems I was contacted by one of the online sales team who was upset to hear about my issues. He listened to the problems and said he would speak to the relevant departments. It was nice to see that in todays world of business distributors actually care. Since my initial phone call the things that were discussed have happened and I have to say that I would definitely be willing to try them again. Well done on your customer care......
