The order arrived quickly, however 5 litres of chain oil was missing from the order, I had to e-mail Webster Power Products on 3 separate occasions without a response. I eventually phoned Webster, and I am still waiting for delivery of the chain oil which has been paid for.

I placed my order on the 18.5.2018 and have made phone calls and sent e-mails but to date have not received my Chain saw and accessories, I have had communications from Robert promising next day and then delayed order and finally my phone would receive a text with the tracking details.
