I purchased Dewalt 5pce cordless kit from Websters. I sourced the company through Google. The price I paid was a considerable saving against all the other companies. I purchased it online and delivery was very quick. I am a very happy customer and will gladly recommend Websters to anyone.
Queried by phone the very competitive price of a Dewalt cordless drill set. Received a return call with in minutes with all the details I requested and much more. First set was delivered the following day with minor damage, (I think caused in transit). A replacement was delivered the next day wrapped in twice the amount of bubble wrap in perfect condition. Absolutely no hesitation in using Webster's again and can readily recommend them for and excellent all round service. Webster's prove the relatively small man can better the online giants.

We ordered a Nilsfisk power washer which came on the next day delivery, Unfortunately it was damaged, but when I contacted the firm they arranged for an immediate dispatch of another one, again this one was damaged - I think both were manhandled badly by the dispatcher as the boxes were broken. Again the staff were very helpful, and dispatched a third one ensuring it was well packed and could not be damaged in transit. I would certainly use this company again for products
I ordered a Festool plunge saw. The Festool came next day as promised but unfortunately the guide was missed off. I called in the morning to explain and as easy as that with an appology, the guide arrived the day after. I have no complaints whatsoever with this company, any issues were sorted out as quickly as they could.
Been dealing with this company for a 15 years and have always had an excellent service from them , a very reliable company with a feat staff who will go out of there way to help.
Was a liitle aprehensive as the item price was well below the average online cost but brand new branded items delivered the next day all well packed - no hesitation is using them again - which I since have, again well packed and prompt - one item out of stock - they offered to send on or refund which happened as promised
