Ordered a drill from Webster power products as they were the cheapest price available for my drill, received the item next day no problems. Will definitely use this company again.
Found to be the cheapest online for our DeWalt drill. Easy to use website and clear that we were getting next day delivery which was a must. Arrived as promised with text updates all the way. A++ would recommend to anyone.
On Thursday 13th August 2015 before lunch I rang Websterpowerproducts to order a dewalt drill because I wanted next day delivery. Next day delivery was important to me! I was advised that they did not take orders over the phone, but if I ordered online there would be no problem. I immediately ordered, but did not get the promised delivery next day on Friday 14th August. I even waited in all day. I rang on Saturday 15th and was told it was dispatched on Friday and not Thursday as promised because of some kind of meeting. The drill arrived on Monday. This in my view is poor service.
Ordered Thursday. Dispatched Friday. I rang Monday to find out when it would arrive. Good service on phone and told would arrive that day. It did. Very pleased. Will not hesitate to use again.
Product ordered was delivered very quickly....this was an expensive item, so always a bit concerned, but found I had no reason to worry with this company - very quick and totally reliable.

I have used Websters for years and consistantly found the service to be above and beyond with the staff going out of there way to be helpful. When a product had to be repaired it was sorted with the minimum of fuss and returned promptly. The range of products is great and they are always happy to order items for you if they don't have them in stock, though they do cater more for the professional so if you are looking for cheap rubbish this is not the place to go, however if you need quality products at a good price backed up by a great service and helpful advice from the staff then you will be hard pressed to find better.

bought a viking lawn mower and a sthl strimmer this year from webster power products, when your in buying stuff theres nothing wrong with the service but ive had both machines back at shop for repairs, first time with lawn mower like a month after i got it was initially told 3 weeks to get repaired by the guy who was behind desk "which is hopeless in my opinion" an argument later they fixed it there and then but wasnt covered by warranty, now the strimmers in for repair or should i say 2 weeks ago i put it in for repair and still havent a clue when ill get it back "guy on phone other day didnt know either, only thing he did know was that it hadnt been looked at" rubbish service and wont be buying anything off them again, i run a small gardening business so waiting 3 weeks for a machine to get repaired is useless to me and spend £2000 a year on machines/parts/repairs etc but its 2 grand that wont be spent in websters no more nor would i recommend them
This is the first time I have used Webster's and bought a Dewalt battery operated drill. The service was prompt and the product sent in a well packaged way, so no problems encountered. Will certainly use them again

Websters is probably the best hire company in the West if Scotland . The staff are very knowledgable and they only hire out the best tools available . I highly recommend a visit to the showroom to view their products. Quality tools at competitive prices

Websters were very helpful arranging the purchase of the Dewalt multi cordless tool kit. I had previously that week discussed with them purchasing of the set that at the time was out of stock. When a new set came in the price had increased but Websters stuck to their original quoted price to which I am very grateful. I will certainly be using this company again.
Each time I have been the first thing that strikes you is how spotlessly clean it is. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and very keen to help you. Whether it is advice on a product or repair to a tool, they are equally accommodating.
I purchased my Stihl Strimmer after an excellent demonstration in the Wishaw store. The sales guy could not have been more helpful (this is coming from someone who was a Capital Equipment Salesman for most of my working life) and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I shall not hesitate to return as and when I need anything that Webster sells.
