If you intend to waste your money and time, sign a contract with this company, they know well how to empty your money from your account in the name of the law and do not provide any service. Also, they do not care about customer satisfaction in any way, and for normal showing (demonstration and Shoaf) they call you or respond to your reviews. In my opinion, this company is a fraud and a legal fraud.

Quoted £13 per month for fortnightly collection which turned into £13 per collection. Took DD details over phone before sending contract. Agreed to DD then contract arrived. Not happy with charges/fees and terms. Contract returned unsigned along with several e-mails to say company would not be proceeding, no response received. DD appeared at bank 18/10/24 which was promptly cancelled, no money taken. They were informed and also told the bin if/when delivered would be refused.They finally contacted me and agreed to cancel as contract not started. Arrived at unit Monday 21/10/24 07.30 there on side of road outside locked gates one bin and there it stays,untouched, until they arrange collection. Seems they either can't get admin sorted or they just plough on regardless hoping to make something stick.
