Your Bin Has Been Delivered was the message! The last owners bin is full to the brim, and we have not had a new bin delivered. I refuse to pay for the last owners rubbish!

Payments Be more informative about the payments and charges to start with Such as the £510 cancellation fee that you don’t get told about until you’ve already agreed to your contract I’m currently stuck in a contact for the next 18 months I advise you find another company !!!!!!

Found this company using Google search hoping for a good service. Alas, these guys were quick to sign a contract but did not provide any services. Simply, nobody ever turned up to collect recycling for a month ! Waste Managed Customer service is a joke too - expect to be asked to ''provide evidence'' of missed collections. Obviously, they never heard that customer might be right. DO NOT USE this company . Find a reputable supplier and partner instead.
Contacted Managed Waste this morning and spoke to Billy, about amending my waste collection contract. Super fast and easy process and Billy was most helpful and attentive to my needs. I always find Managed Waste staff courteous and helpful and the service experience is made all the more positive through the positive and can-do attitude displayed. Thank you Billy.

absolute shambles. from the start of my contract ive had nothing but issues, first my bin was delivered to the wrong location and since then it is very often not collected. The previous date of collection i was accused of lying about the missed collection and asked to provide cctv evidence of a bin lorry not arriving! and this week it hasnt been collected again, now currently have a bin with 4 weeks worth of old food waste in it. Spent far too long constantly calling this company to sort out issue after issue. Not happy and cannot wait to leave! Edit: Since reply, its now 21st November and still no collection. Both Darren and David constantly tell me something will happen and it doesnt. The company hasnt stuck to their side of the contract at all, and yet send me invoice after invoice and refuse to cancel their useless 'service' and end my contract! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!
