After renewing our contract we were then charged twice within the same month. An issue I in fact pointed out prior to it happening but was ensured it would be a 'seamless' continuation...not the case! I spend an astronomical amount of time phoning this company to resolve issues-time spent means I am then not working!

My general waste was supposed to be collected on the 16th but I was told that collection was delayed until the 23rd. I called the customer services department twice today to confirm if the waste would be collected today and they assured me that the waste would be emptied 100% but until now no one has come to collect it. I have been getting complaints from neighbours for the past two days because of the amount of waste not being cleared in time, I have already paid a £200 fine two months ago for something similar and I don't want this to happen again. I really don't recommend signing a contract with them.

if i could put 0 star i would, these are such a bad company to use! stay clear at all costs. don't tell you when they are increasing costs, don't collect bins and say there's a restriction when i have proof there hasn't been any. Say theres no weight limit then complain if its heavy as its a duty of care to the people who pick it up..and the list goes on. do not use.
I’m paying £52 for one clinical waste bag a month. Absolutely ridiculous, I was quoted £40 in the beginning and it increases over time for no apparent reason? I have been spoken to about the price before but it’s not some thing that can be changed, it’s just a company that I’d avoid
