Awful company! Missed collections constantly. If you want to leave you will have been rolled into a new contract against your will before the date that they accept as cancellation. They stole money from my account so they could buy an asset (their useless app) took 18 months before I even got to use it and now they charge me a monthly fee to use it. Horrifying customer service, very rude people. Give smug responses when telling you you are stuck in a new contract and can't leave. Refused to give me an invoice now its on the app I get several a month and have to chase credit notes. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from these crooks!

Well had few issues lately with our bin collection but thankfully has been resolved. The gentleman whom taken my call today 17th February 2025 has been absolutely amazing and very helpful and listened to all my issues and resolved the issue with great support and patience.

If I could put no stars I would. Please anyone thinking of using this company … don’t. I wish I would have read all reviews before getting in to a contract with these clowns. I have sent email after email to sort out the issues with my bin and am constantly ignored. I now have 2 overweight bins at my property as they have not collected one and the second sent with no lock so other people filling my bin that I will be charged for. All great when trying to get you in to contract then once you’re signed they don’t want to know. Rude, unhelpful staff that love to talk over you on the phone. Promised a voucher when I signed up that never materialised. I have never been in a contact with such a useless company in all my years as a business owner. 18/2/25 Now you have replied to my review, check what I wrote, as your reply does not solve these issues. I have also confirmed that a bin has been delivered but WITHOUT A LOCK AS I ALREADY SAID.

Honestly I am at my witts end with this company and the service that I am not being provided with. Since signing up with them in 2022 I have had an appalling service. It started off ok with regular waste removal every two weeks. It then went downhill. I have spend hundreds of hours trying to contact them, complaining and false promises of bin collections. My commerical bin is always overflowing as it is not emptied when it should be. They changed my partner services to Veolia in December after I complained we have had the bin emptied once since December.I spoke to Joseph Albert back in January and complained to him he assured me the bin would be collected with 48 hours it never was. He assured me he would personally deal with this and he would call me back or email me a call and email I am still waiting for. My case has been sent to the cancellations team Sam Johnston is dealing with my case and I have had several conversations as I literally cannot take this anymore.He is unhelpful and keeps saying that he is looking into this its been weeks now! I want out of my contract and I am still calling up weekly to find out why the bin has not been emptied. They have said that on occasions they could not access the bin however this is all on their data where the bin is located and and the code. I am paying £60.00 a month and the service is not being provided. I spoke with a senior customer experience agent Georgia Elliott back in December she partnered with the new supplier Veolia I have sent her emails regarding this and yes reply. Their is zero customer service with this company they say they will call back for an upadate they never do. They do not reply to email. Every week I am on calls trying to chase Sam Johnston to terminate my contract early and he keeps informing me hes looking into it. Meanwhile my commercial waste has been emptied once by Veolia since January! Sam advises that he is looking into a refund a refund I am still waiting for. Honestly I have never in my life had to deal with such an incompetent company. My neighbours that all have commercial businesses have their bins picked up every two weeks yes problem they are right next to mine. I am now suffering stress and anxiety due to this ongoing problem that really is quite simple. Alison

The call staff are great and they try their best, but the company is ridiculous. We haven't had our bins picked up for 3 weeks now , I was inn hospital so couldn't provide photos, and they have charged us and said they have, They lied and Said numerous occasions they've been picked up our rubbish, they promised to fix Thursday, no one came but they reported they did. Again the same on Friday. This is a weekly occurrence. avoid at all costs

Do not use this company. Took over a business from my boss (farm) no longer running as a business as we’re turning into a small holding. Canecelled officially with a guy in 8/01/24 (very lovely and polite, said they’d collect the bin, I thought this was the end of said bin hoohar) Get a call yesterday, asking me if it okay to contact the council and environmental health so they can visit as I don’t have a business collection anymore trying to scare me into keeping my collection. Asked for a call back today after I’d contacted environmental health (lots of pressure to sort on the day yesterday!) I contacted environment agency as there’s no access to my farm without me, they said there’s no need to do anything or book a visit as they won’t visit, and I’m in every right to cancel whatever I like. Forcefull & coercive. Stay away.

I’ve repeatedly experienced issues with this waste collection service due to their unannounced schedule changes. Most recently, they altered the collection day without any notification. When I contacted customer service after my bin wasn’t emptied, I was assured they had the whole day to collect it and that I shouldn’t worry. However, the next day, my bin was still full. Upon calling again, I was suddenly informed that the schedule had changed—even though my online account and app still displayed the previous collection date. This isn’t a one-off issue; it happens roughly every two to three months. They turn up whenever they please—sometimes on random days when the bin is empty, and other times they simply don’t show up when they’re supposed to. The lack of communication is frustrating, and customers are left to figure things out on their own. The only reason I’m not giving a one-star review is that their customer service representatives are generally polite. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the overall poor reliability of their waste collection service, which is simply unacceptable.

They disgusting company. Set up direct debit and charged us late payment fee. Not collect the bin at all charged us extra weight on. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY SHT COMPANY. DISGUSTING SERVICES. Keep adding on and on the bill Illegal get 24 months contract. £60 charged for certificate with free renewal but still add that momey on this year price. DISGUSTING. AVOID THEM
