Been having a real crappy time trying to sort out a disposal issue & I got passed on from pillar to post until I spoke to Adam hudson who is the only person who took the time to resolve my problem properly took the time to listen and look into what was happening, we was ready to use a different company it was a headache but adam pulled through and got me the help i needed

4 weeks of no collections,daily phone calls,3rd party "couldn't get down drive" yet we have had lorries deliver gym equipment and previously had been a furniture shop delivery beds and sofas! The drive is wide enough to fit 2 cars side by side and a car park big enough to turn around Poorest service I've come across

extremely disappointed in the service provide by waste managed. Would give 0 stars if I could. I'm now on week 5 with no collection after they changed supplier. I'm fed up of chasing collections and being told they are operational issues. Their quick too take the money out of the account. All you get off customers services is 'send me a photo' and ill contact the depot and never call back terrible customer service avoid at all cost

“I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by waste managed for our business waste management. On multiple occasions, our rubbish bags have been left open and lying on the ground instead of being properly placed in the bins, which were just on the other side of the building. This carelessness has created a mess and hygiene concerns for our restaurant. To make matters worse, waste managed has missed our scheduled waste collections four times in a row, leaving us struggling to manage the overflow. We rely on reliable and efficient service, and waste managed has consistently let us down. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend their services.”

We had 4 times in a row miss collection, the bins were fully loaded, the day they came to pick it up they left all bags on the floor it was disgusting to see it and, i got embarrassed infront of my neighbours with how they left all the bags open on the floor looks like they meant to do it. Such a disrespectful company, i will end the contract with you because you don’t deserve a penny to paid for you

Firstly you changed our bin to twice weekly took payment of £218 and then called the week after to say we can`t have twice a week collections. You then changed our bin to a bigger one ( paid another £166 ) PLUS £18 and since the change not been emptied, we are a food shop with excess waste bags now, a small shop with no space to leave any waste. Was told told to leave the bin bags next to the bin outside because you promised it would be emptied on friday 1st november. Guess what the bin wagon was a no show, no advice. no help no refunds no nothing, told to log on to portal and chat with someone? no one there, Absolutely disgusting you can take my money and totally fail on service and i have no choice but to carry on paying because im in a contract. I NEED MY BIN EMPTYING BY MONDAY 4TH NOVEMBER

Rory was very patient as every time he called I was called away or in a meeting. He did not give up or get inpatient, very understanding. Also I needed a 1yr contract not a 2yr and he manage to sort it out for me.

Had an issue with lack of bin key, reported on the portal , got a callback within 10 minutes from a lovely friendly lady who resolved my request and will follow up with me next week. Great Customer Service.
