This waste managed really bad I I signed a contract for £40 a month supposed to be but after one month they took £52 every month from my direct debit and they I phone the customer service they apologised for that then again they took £52 again and again I got tired of them now I sold my business I sent all the proof to cancel my contract closed my account they didn’t close my account even I have always paying on time but now I will not pay any money I don’t care what option they take I don’t care

Beware! They take more money through direct debit and if you catch them they keep delaying the refunds until they make you give up with exhaustion

I have had to pay an extra 2 months rental because they dragged out the removal of the bins. I have to pay for a portal I don't want and was not consulted about. Edit in response to reply: If you want to implement a portal, that's your choice, it shouldn't be enforced and the cost should not be passed to your customers. I was not credited for the whole period.
poor communication
Had to make a change to my account. Was told on the phone whilst making the change that nothing else about my account would change and collection days will stay the same. Ever since then my service has been terrible, bin is not collected every single time it's meant to be, I have to call them every time and each member of staff I have spoke to has assured me they have sorted out my account and even confirmed the days of my collections. Well it's all just lies. It's still not being collected. I have had multiple problems with them. They're still taking my money and not providing me with the service I agreed to and pay for! Customer service staff just say anything to get you off the phone even when they're in the wrong. I have been told my account is back to normal three times now and it's been a lie. I now have to ring them again on Monday after yet another collection that wasn't completed. I have photos of my bin being out on time and evidence that they just choose to ignore. Edit to add: very poor response. Rang and reported, no acknowledgement of previous problems. All they do is 'apologise' for the service "I believe iv had" terrible company, rude manager on the phone. Very poor customer service all round. DONT USE.
Got straight to the point found my problem resolved told me to wait till normal times for collection if no one has been by a certain time call back was no need to call back as the collection was made on time thanks
Awful company! We are still in dispute with them over our waste collection. I get told people will call me back…. they don’t, I’ve had waste piling up outside our property as we didn’t have a collection in 4 weeks. I was told to take some excess to the dump myself…..that is illegal! You need a waste carrier license to transport business waste. I’ve had to outsource another company to come and remove the excess! This is all due to , one of their contractors, has decided after 2 years they can no longer collect due to a gravel road leading to the back of our business premises…..this road has never been an issue before and doesn’t seem to be an issue for any other waste collection companies who collect from the other businesses around us. They have also claimed our waste bin is too heavy, yet waste managed have confirmed to me that it isn’t! Tried to convince us to have smaller bins but I stated I needed lockable bins due to us being surrounded by other businesses and the risk of fly tipping. I’ve told them I’ve now sourced another company to remove our waste due to them not resolving this and biffa not coming out, I’m now being told I need to pay and early exit fee as I am leaving contract early. What do they expect? You aren’t providing us with the service we agreed to and waste managed haven’t resolved the issue so we’ve had no choice but to go elsewhere. Waste managed have done an incredibly poor job of trying to resolve this and it’s still not sorted. Someone was meant to return my call today…..they didn’t! Is a review the only way we will get contact? **In response to your reply below. I spoke with one of your team about our bin weights, themselves and a manager confirmed that they weren’t overloaded. I actually have this in writing!! We were told to dispose of our own waste, your calls are recorded and I am happy for you to go back and listen to these phonecalls so you can discuss this with the team member that advised us to do that
This company is an absolute no go. I have been with them for nearly 2 years and due to be out of contract in may 2025 and won’t be renewing. I want people to be aware, the customer service here is diabolical and what’s worse is they take no responsibility, the suppliers they use, let me down time and time again and waste managed take no responsibility what so ever. They don’t move you over to another supplier either. They don’t adjust invoices for their mistakes. What’s worse is the communication within their own team. When my food waste bin was accidentally tipped over into the truck , waste managed had emailed me 4 times to say it’s been re delivered when it hadn’t.
