My WiFi unit was not ready at LAX on my pick-up day ! Pick-up & Return location at LAX "ICE" is not organized at all as they have no record keeping systems.
Good service. I was a little confused about the extra shipping fees charged when I had to mail in my T-Mobile for a replacement Verizon- but all in all very happy with end result. I have internet!

It seems like the battery for the hotspot has been shortened lately. Especially last 2 times, it couldn't go without charging for a day. I had to recharge a few times a day.
Great service! Wifi worked everywhere we went, all over Japan. The battery lasts a whole day if you turn it off while not in use. Unlimited data allowed my whole group to connect their devices and enjoy media while traveling. Highly recommend it! For 10 days, it was affordable and extremely convenient. Wish this was available everywhere I travel to!

I rented a wifi device from Vision Global for a two week trip to Japan. Used the device all over Japan and had not problems with reception. I would highly recommend them.
Rented WiFi device and device overheats and battery dies within an hour. Wasn’t able to use it when needed. Had to jump on WiFi at the stores. I do not recommend this place for your WiFi device.
The Vision Global WiFi is absolutely fun and easy to use. Just turn it on and wait for a few minutes to get the signal. Once it shows the 4G, then start your phone or tablet, find the network and login with your password. You are now just connected for the whole time until you decide to disconnect. I kept the Vision Global Wifi device in my bag on while I was out and about. It also has a good battery life so you don't need to charge it all the time. However, I advise you to charge it overnight for the next day.

We did a family trip to Japan for 2weeks. The day of departure I picked up the equipment at the airport before we boarded. When we arrived in Tokyo, we connect our phones and devices to the equipment. The box has a instructions and it was was easy to start up. All of us( 3people) had WiFi access all time during the trip. When we came back from the trip I just returned it at the same place when we pick it up the day of departure in the airport. It was easy and I recommend for everyone who wants to enjoy the trip including business trip.
