The first day I used this portable WiFi it worked very well. The following day it somehow changed to a different language and I had to navigate to try and change it back. When I did the WiFi connection was very poor. There was a delay and it moved very slow. I was at the airport and had to rely on their WiFi. It was extremely frustrating. I had to cut my trip very short and I was only in Europe for 1 day, had I stayed the number of days I was suppose to I don’t think I could have navigated my trip at all as it wasn’t connecting properly or it was too slow. Aside from that 1 day it worked very well.

Internet speed very low. Always offline. No wonder the rental rate is low compared to other competitors. Not worth to avail vision global

We picked up the Hotspot at the LAX counter when we arrived and dropping it off took us just a minute when we where leaving. We had great service during our 30 day trip and I have no negative comments whatsoever.

The router was reliable and provided decent internet speeds. My only complaints were that the device itself was quite heavy (probably the weight of 2 iPhones combined) and the fact that it wasn’t “true” unlimited data. On a couple occasions, data speeds were severely restricted once I hit 1 gig of data usage. In the future, it would be helpful if Vision Global would provide a list of countries where this restriction would occur. That way, customers could better plan their data usage for the day.

Having WiFi at any time I needed was extremely convenient. Had to keep an eye on the batter life & be cognisant of my on line time. The only time I couldn't connect was when I was riding the train from Verona to Venice, but didn't mind because the scenery was so nice.

Excellent experience! The wifi unit arrived a couple of days before our trip (as promised) and it worked perfectly! I had the unit on and carried it with me from about 6:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. each day. Never had any problems with connection. I charged the unit each night and it retained power throughout the day. Sending the unit back was a breeze, just put it in the box (came with the original packaging) and popped it into the mailbox. I contacted the Vision Global WiFi customer service team about getting a wifi unit for my next trip and was very impressed with their helpfulness and dedication to making my experience as perfect as possible. Highly recommend!

Overall, I was very satisfied with their service. It was convenient that I was able to pick up and drop off my wifi router at LAX, and their rental price was very reasonable. The only thing was that the wifi connection in Europe was frequently disturbed, but that was not their fault I guess.

The device arrived two days before departure and it was extremely easy to use. I had to charge the device every night but it never truly ran out of battery. Easy return as well. I'd use them again for future Europe trips.

I have a stable connection during my trip in Dallas, TX. Definitely, I will rent it again in the future!

When you rent the WIFI make sure you find out how good the connection is. I returned home with a HUGE bill. The cellular company said their connection is weak. Asked for the usage and they email some form that doesn’t have any meaning. I rented 4 units and the email DID NOT match up. Email them back and never heard from them.

Prompt on delivery. Had very little outage in Ireland and Scotland for our trip. Would recommend this on any extended trip. WiFi is great when you are traveling and Vision Global provided that as advertised.

Used it in Japan. Set up and connection was easy and it worked really well. Only complaint was the battery life which was about 8 to 10 hours.

I will never travel internationally without a device from this company. Next time if I travel with my children I'll make sure I have two. I was able to get service 95% of the time. Thanks.

The service was outstanding. They even called to make sure they had the right shipping address and the person who called was absolutely friendly and professional at the same time. The reason I give it four stars is that I find the internet went down in speed and some days didn’t even work after the 1 GB. I believed to have purchased the unlimited plan. Still has good reception in Canada and worked when we needed it. Thank you

The Vision Global WiFi device allowed us to travel around London and Paris stress free! It worked great! Also, the return bag got misplaced while I was away and they were very understanding and accommodating! Great produce! Great customer service!

The WiFi unit provided was "unlimited" but the data seemed to be throttled significantly toward the end of each day. Additionally the WiFI unit was had much slower internet speed and worse service than my cell phone which uses the same Verizon Wireless network.

the machine turns on and off repeatedly when i received it. tried to contact vision customer service but vision does not operate on saturday and sundays. the sim card was originally in slot 1 and i tried putting in slot 2 but still did not work. i tried taking out the sim completely and rebooted the machine, and it worked after that. it took me 30 minutes to figure things out. it will be great if vision has services of operation extended to weekends or please ensure machine is ready to use before customer receives the product. overall, the machine provides stable wifi connection across LA.

Great whilst in the USA. Pickup was easy at lax and worked well. Easy set up. No reception in Yellowstone that’s fair but not much in Montana. Once we hit Canada was pretty much useless. So it is good for where there is good coverage but where there is little it is poor. Now the map of Canada shows full coverage we were staying but I can attribute that to t mobile. Global was good.

Its not woirth it to get one. Always no reception. Dont use it bit the allocated data finished.
