I was thankful I had the foresight to rent one of these hotspots. I spent two weeks in various locations of Japan and it worked everywhere, even Okinawa where I ended up needing it the most. Shipping was very fast as well. Would definitely use this company again.

I called and spoke with one if their representatives and he mailed out my hot spot that day. We went to Japan for 2 weeks and we could not have had the great time we had if we did not have this. It worked perfect and we were able to get around Toyko, Kyoto and Osaka without any problems. I would highly recommend this company but next time I would get 2 so we could stay in contact with each other when seperated. I will definitely call them next time I travel out of the US.

I went to mexico and rent a pocket Wifi with them. Overall I have a great network connection but just to be careful not to overuse it because the network gets really slow at the end of the day. Except this it was really useful and I will definitely use them again! Thanks!

The service worked as advertised. With a teen and my wife being the primary users on our Europe trip we usually would be throttled back at some point in the day but it kept everyone in communications if we chose to separate. The one area that i was not fond of was when we landed i tuned the unit on per the instructions (it was 1pm). That is (what appeared) to start my 24 timeline, if we ran out of bandwidth it would not be reset until after lunch the next day
We were travelling from Italy to USA and honestly we couldn’t have made a better choice. Pick the portable hotspot up at their office in Gardena, CA and dropped back there after 21 days of vacation (you can also arrange for it to be shipped wherever you prefer and mail it back after you’ve completed your rental). Easy to use, great coverage with T-Mobile signal and most of all unlimited GB with this package we selected. The guy at the office who greeted us was very friendly and helpful and surely I would recommend this solution anytime to anyone. I will surely return as a customer! Grazie mille dall’Italia! The device worked, but in certain parts of the Philippines is was useless (Punta Bulata, Negros Occidental). Also, it would have been helpful if there was more direction given when certain icons appeared on the screen as to what they would mean. Many times, I did not have connectivity and I had to restart the device, and sometimes it would work. For the most part though, I was satisfied as it was a very good price.

I couldn’t reserve one online as it was less than four business days to my departure date but, when I called them, they were able to process my request without any issues. I used the pocket WiFi in several countries in Northern Europe. It was easy to use. Pick up and drop off was easy. I just wish there wasn’t any charge to pick up and drop off in the airport. I recommend VisionGlobalWiFi and will be getting my pocket WiFi from them on my next international trip.
