First time to rental this hotspot in Europe trip, Excellent!

Connectivity was relatively decent throughout the entire rental period. There was a period of connectivity issues on the last day of the rental period. Never was able to resolve the issue until I got to the airport. I will still use their service the next time I visit.

Easy peasy all the way around! Turned it on, put in the password and went on my way. Having wifi all the time was a blessing with navigation!

Fairly good value for the cost, though "Unlimited" data is certainly not that. We got an "FUP" error at one point in our trip, and the data ceased. We were under the impression that it slows down. Told we had to wait to "reset". This should've been documented and supported much better. They need to move the small print into big print, and I dont like having to do tech support on gear that is supposed to work - no mention of the error in their skimpy support papers. We had to call in. In several places coverage was spotty or not existent and we had to wait some amount of time for better coverage - this was expected though.

The wifi service worked perfectly in Japan. The staff was easy to work with. They were flexible in scheduling the pickup of the unit. I'll be using their service again in the future.

Went to Paris for a week and while it was great to have enough the wifi hub with us, the dang thing would say there was an error and I had to restart it. Then when that wasn't going on the signal strength would say max 4g but it took forever for anything to load. Now it is not like I was in the middle of nowhere, I was in Paris downtown so a really good signal was to be expected. I may have had a bad hub, but I'll never know.

It was easier than expected and kept my cell phone and laptop on wifi throughout my trip to Australia. Even while I was out on the Great Barrier Reef.

It was really convenient being able to easily pick up the WiFi and use across the US. We travelled through various parts of the country and had no problems with connection at all. They also provided us with a prepaid envelope so we could just pop it in and send it back when we’re done. Would definitely use again when we travel next time!

I used in Lima< Peru. Two i phones connected all the time when there was no wi-fi or outside our home. It worked very well. We have to reset to factory default a few times to clear the memory. We also used in Japan, same company. Highly recommended. I suggest to the company not to put the password on the unit but to provide it some other way, just in case of robbery or losing it.

Delivery of device was quick. I used the device is 6 different countries and never had a problem. I was surprised when it actually worked in remote areas while on bus tours. Never had a problem with slowing. I did figure out that device could not be used for app updates, but was not a problem. Price was 50% cheaper than companies at airport. Will use again in the future!

I found the service to be very spotty in Niagara Falls. I am not sure if it was the region or the device, as it was my first time using Vision Global. To be honest I was a little disappointed.

Vision Global is awesome! The first time I used them, I had to cancel my trip at the last minute and the return was very easy and they gave me a full refund. The second time, I went to Canada, and it worked perfectly! Again, the return was effortless. And the WIFI unit arrived in plenty of time. I highly recommend using Vision Global!
