Waited 3 years for my ballon flight Dissapointed on Friday 13 th September 2024 The flight was in farm field at Hattling. It was very remote after my long drive there was no bathroom facilities. There was 16 of us for the ballon flight it was uncomfortable not much room to move about. There was the pilot and his assistant . Not enough man power there a lot to do,they were getting us all to do the work I don’t think they’d helped much. On our return the pilot landed in a remote field and it was far out in a field they asked to help pack the balloon it was hard work we were all tired by the end off the flight. The pilot was busy writing the certificate out the assistant was give us orders on how to pack the balloon up. I said to the assistant this is to much work it spoilt my experience. One of the group fell into a ditch the assistant kept telling him to move forward. Not very safe . Then avery long walk out off the field to meet the Minicoach back to where our cars were parked. Would not recommend. Maggie

I was given this experience as a big birthday present nearly 5 years ago and every time we have booked it in this has been cancelled due to the bad weather. Whenever I have tried to rebook and have an issue as the dates dont work or expiration the team are always so helpful and support my query or request.

After 34 attempts we finally made it up! A magical experience and well worth the wait. Pilot was great. Only negative was that our pilot was being moderated which meant that after the balloon came down our pilot was having to fill in paperwork with the moderator which led to us not having correct instructions to pack the balloon away correctly.

Easy to arrange - although took a few attempts because of weather conditions, however knowing the night before was ok. Easy to find the venue, Ed and his team explained everything fully at each stage. Fantastic views from the basket. It’s been on my bucket list for awhile! Whole experience was very safe (thanks Ed).

Fantastic flight! We were very lucky with the most perfect weather conditions and the flight could not have gone better. The group was nice, the pilot pointed out interesting sights and skilfully managed the landing (our 11 and 13 your old would have loved for the basket to have tipped over but the rest of us were relieved it didn’t!). We were also impressed with the professionalism of the crew and the condition of the balloon and basket. Would highly recommend.

This was really good. Would definitely recommend my only negative would be the flight didn't last long in the air and seemed to go so quickly however it was thoroughly enjoyed.

Beautiful and peaceful experience in Bristol. I enjoyed meeting a crew who can sign in BSL, making the experience even more valuable and enjoyable.

I paid slightly extra to be able to fly of an evening. I had several attempts booking but unfortunately due to weather conditions they were cancelled however it was easy to book another flight and when I did so we went to York races, although the wind had picked up again the flight in doubt the pilot and the crew did everything in their power to get up in the air and when we did it was well worth the wait A fantastic experience which I would do again at the Drop of a hat. A point too note out of 42 flights only four managed to take off in the evenings this year, you have more chance on a morning flight than an evening flight weatherwise

From start to finish it was an amazing experience, Robert and the team made us feel very welcome and included, they gave clear guidance and instructions on what would happen and what we needed to do and then provided us with the most incredible experience flying over the river waveney. We got to help unpack the balloon, inflate and then pack down which was great. Then a quick glass of bubbly and a taxi back to the launch site. It was absolutely brilliant. I'm scared of heights so was a little worried but I've wanted to go in a balloon since I was a little girl and after a minute to get used to being up there it was brilliant, very surreal and the views were stunning 😍

Peter, Sam & Terry our pilot and ground crew made this trip worth the wait. They were friendly and helpful giving us giggles 🤭 and a wonderful experience. It did take a few bookings, which were cancelled due to weather conditions, but the voucher was extended until used. At the highest point we were 2,500 feet above ground and, in flight, at the lowest point we were just above the trees at Dove Holes. The views were amazing, the tranquility serene. I would highly recommend the flight and buying the pictures great value for money. You also have the opportunity to assist before and after the flight unfurling and furling the oversized balloon 🎈.

The trip was wonderful, helped by a very still, mainly clear but slightly misty morning. Our pilot Allie was excellent, pointing out landmarks as we rose to 3250 feet. We could see Lundy Island off the North Devon Coast, Portland Bill, the Exe estuary and Dartmoor to the South. As a 72 year-old with a bad back I found the landing bumpy and the packing up strenuous, but a great experience overall.

Amazing experience. Very involved and great fun. Our Aeronaut Ali was an absolute gem. We loved every moment of it.

I bought this voucher for my daughters 18th birthday (6 years ago!). We have had cancelled flights time and time again, even when the weather seems calm. We have wasted days off work, hotel bookings, petrol getting to and from flight sites. I asked for a refund on the voucher this year, with no success and now it has expired. What a waste of £250 plus. I would not recommend buying a voucher. Seems like a con to me.

From the moment we got there the team were amazing, there was a little hiccup with my husband's booking, but that was sorted out quickly. The experience was truly special. The team explain everything from start to finish and you are completely involved throughout it all. We enjoyed every single second and would recommend it to anyone. The team Howard,Neil and of course Dave were amazing, and made the experience once in a lifetime, and for that we are incredibly grateful
