Very dissatisfied with Vetsend. I ordered some eye drops on 3/3 via their Amazon store. After almost 2 weeks of them failing to arrived I contacted them. They apologised that they must have got lost in transit and they had reordered for me. Then on 18/3 I had a notification that the order was delayed for dispatch until at least 20/3. By now my dogs eye drops had run out. I contacted them again, so what did they do next? Cancelled the order with no apology.

Easy ordering, swift delivery and great experience. MyKotty scratchers are the best I have ever found. I have a few scattered over the house and cats often like to sleep on them! They are solid and last a full year with heavy use from both my boy cats.

A GOOD SELECTION OF MEDICAL DOG SUITS FOR USING AFTER AN OPERATION. GOOD INFO ON THE SITE FOR ME TO MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR MY PET. ARRIVED QUICKLY, WELL PACKAGED AND THE ITEM CHOSEN HAD A COMPREHENSIVE LEAFLET RE FITTING WASHING AND USE.
Quite slow for delivery but the price was reasonable. My dog loved it, but unfortunately, it didn't suit him, made him ill.
I placed an order for a box of specialist kidney food for my newly diagnosed CKD 17 year old cat. It seemed a great way to try a selection of brands before committing to buying more. Delivery was around 5 days but very sadly, our boy went into heart failure and passed away the day after our parcel arrived 😔 Given specialist food is expensive, I contacted the company to request a return. They responded very quickly and said that given we were in the UK and they're in Holland, to donate the food to a local shelter as it would be much cheaper. They promptly issued me a refund. I cannot fault the compassion of this company given the situation, and would recommend them on customer service alone. This was the first time I'd used Vetsend, but from my brief experience, I would definitely recommend them.
