My cat loves "Affinity Advance Adult - Chicken and Rice"cat food, but it's not easy to find in the UK, but I can found in Vetsend, also at a reasonable price.

After being a loyal client for years I’ve recently been told by customer service they no longer supply the product. I then bought the product from Amazon, just to realise it was supplied by Vetsend at a higher price. After contacting Vetsend they put the product as out of stock, but I still got it via Amazon supplied by Vetsend. Just checked now and the product is available for purchase on their website.
Goods sent out and received quicker than expected. I bought some cat probiotics. I’ve used for about a week but the cat seems for active already. Thanks
It was easy to order. Vetsend also have foods that cannot be found on many other sites. The other issue is that small bags of food were offered so that I could try out dry food for my cat without buying a large bag of it that ultimately would have to be thrown away if she didn't like it. The only downside was that I thought £4.50 was expensive for packaging. I only ordered 2 small bags of cat food.

The product is very good and helps keep our cat stay healthy. Our last order for AA Laxulon got lost by the courier, it took a while to find this out, so things got a bit desperate for our cat. Vetsend/medpets were very helpful and refunded our money promptly and processed our replacement order very quickly.
What an outstanding company offering a level of customer service rarely seen nowadays. We ordered 3 different ranges of renal food for our very poorly cat. Sadly, he died before the food arrived. I rang the company the next day and the lady I spoke to immediately responded by saying she would refund us and that when the food arrived (as the order was already on its way) would we please donate it to a suitable cause. I have offered it to our vets so that they can provide some free sample packs to other owners of cats with renal disease. I could not have felt more cared for and extend our profound gratitude for the sensitive handling of a heartbreaking time.
