I spent ages trying to find my cats special diet food & ordered from vetsend. On delivery which was swift, I discovered I had ordered dog food instead of cat food! But I had already opened one tin before realising my expensive mistake. I phoned the company the next day & admitted it was my mistake & asked how to return the unwanted food. They told me they would refund the whole amount & I could donate the dog food to a shelter. I was stunned by the incredible customer care & they were so understanding. It’s very rare to find such good service these days so credit where it’s due to Vetsend.

Delivery awful! I receive items from China quicker! Customer service reply quickly but give wrong information. First told items had been despatched then informed 10 days later it was delayed in their warehouse. Not good when items are for a poorly pet.
