Delivered on time, nice box packaging, but one bag of cat food had a hole in it and biscuits were escaping.
I rarely write reviews, but I must say I've placed a few orders with vetsend, and I'm genuinely pleased with their service. I highly recommend ordering from this site. I've never encountered any issues, and I can always rely on the delivery dates, which is important to me. Everything is well-packed. Yes, there is a delivery charge, but it's worth it to me. Another huge benefit is the supplements from Germany or other countries, which are really great products. Keep up the good work, and please never change! :)

Good service - very prompt. Pricing is very competitive. Only criticism I have is that the shelf life for the cat milk I purchased was limited to just 2 months - so lucky I did not make a larger order. Have purchased them before and then it was something like a 6 month shelf life which is more useful to me.

Using the website is very easy and delivery of goods very efficient and if possible delays the company keeps you informed.
My first order with vetsend. I have 5 cats and get through a lot of food and litter. This was my first order with them. Three boxes arrived. 1 box of litter I'd ordered and 2 other boxes of litter I hadn't ordered. None of the food I'd ordered arrived, which was annoying as I was down to the last bag of biscuits. I contacted customer service, who said it was an error at the warehouse. I've requested a refund. Good customer service but poor warehouse team. How on earth can an order go out that's so incomplete?
