Emailed twice to suggest I had a faulty tube of ointment and have not received a reply from either email. I had used to the tube for 3 days with no issue and then it was just a watery distance not a gel.

great supplier item arrived on time although this item made my dog irretable after checking with vet it was not the waistcoat but my dogs behaviour, I returned the waistcoat for free returns and my account was credited what a great firm to deal with
