Excellent service. My original shipment arrived damaged so I emailed Vetsend with pictures of the damage. They replied very quickly with the offer of a full refund or a new shipment. I chose a new shipment which arrived in perfect condition a few days later. They also told me to keep the original package which, despite the damage was still useable and I only needed to buy a suitable storage box to keep the product fresh. Brilliant prices and the best customer service.

Shocking. Received a box of 10 small tins of puppy food which stank. On opening there was a dead mouse or rat eaten away and turned to maggots. The lids were damaged so the maggots must also be inside the food tins.When contacting customer service all you get is an automated response not even personally addressed which bears no relation to your complaint.

The product it’s self is great I have used many other cat litters but this is the best. This parcel however came and the bag was ripped and had been re cello taped and placed into another clear bag. However a good quarter of the product was missing. Understandably this isn’t vetsends fault but just very annoying when it’s not a cheap product.

Ordered the venison / renal on specialist veterinary suggestion having taken Harvey for tests The product looks and smells lovely and similar to pate in consistency The only problem is that despite adding normal food and introducing the new one gradually he won’t eat it! I’ve tried warming it in microwave and adding some gravy for moisture but no joy. Would love a product with the same benefits but in gravy or jelly to help the disguise until then it’s back to renal plus vitamins.
