Delivery time was too long for the amount of postage paid. Poor and inaccurate communication and updates on packaging and dispatch. Contact with customer services brusque and rude at times. Items eventually arrived undamaged though. Wouldn't use again.
I can hardly give you a good report when I have still not received my order that should have been delivered on 27th December. It has caused me great inconvenience trying to source other suppliers.

Tracking my order after a week & saw it was “still with sender”. I contacted vetsend to be told my order was probably lost and it would be sent again. The got a new order tracking reference & a week on that is also “still with sender”. My dog needed that coat to protect her skin after an illness .. I am disappointed & trying to cancel & get a refund. Don’t use them!!
My recent package was missing one item. I emailed customer services and got an immediate reply, saying they would either refund my money or send the same item again. These items were being shipped from Germany and I don’t think I’ve had better customer service from any company. The replacement item was with me within 10 days.
