Delivery was slower than expected but then I found out if was from the Netherlands not the UK. Yodel were useless,they didn't deliver the first time, claimed they couldn't find my address but it did happen to be late Friday afternoon when they always claim it's not possible to deliver (because they want to get home early)🤔 Box finally arrived in tatters, one bag of chicken feed just plonked on top of the broken box and left by the gate 1 mile from my house.
I purchased an item for my cat. However my furry baby died just before receiving the order. I contacted Vetsend to see if I could stop the order, however it had already been dispatched. Vetsend were very empathetic and refunded my order though. They were always quick at responded and understanding of my circumstances. I will order again with them.
Good price and quick delivery
Good variety of products, the sample box of food was a good idea. Product was very well packed, and good communication with reference to delivery.
Delivery time 9 days, website says typical to UK 3/4 days.package tracking did not show for 5 days. This is not tracking. Package delivered while away on holiday. Customer services could not provide any delivery information.
By mistake I ordered the wrong size litter tray but they couldn't provide a return label and told me to give it to Charity! But they refunded me anyway! I gave it Cats Protection and ordered the correct size which I have received. Brilliant service.

Hasn’t arrived I contacted Vetsend by email no reply. Next move contacting PayPal! Edited: Vetsend contacted me and have sent the order again. It arrived today and is exactly want I wanted so I am pleased. Pity the delivery firm let Vetsend down. Thank you for sorting it. (16th May)

Order Cat Milkies after searching online and finding this website, ordered & everything went well and delivered with in time frame and exactly as ordered. Plus my cat loves the product and drastically reduces waste of opening and having to dispose of unused product, extremely satisfied with service and quality of product and price
