Cat food wasn't exactly as the photo says on the tin. Missing a layer of jelly which my cat loved when I was able to buy it at Waitrose. Hence she doesn't like it much!

As an owner of a cat recently diagnosed with renal problems,I found the renal trial pack incredibly useful. 11 different items to discover the renal foods my fussy feline would eat. As a regular customer due to have major surgery (six hour operation), I ordered my usual cat litter well in advance as I knew I’d be housebound afterwards and live alone with stairs. Nothing arrived, I emailed them, they said Yodel has lost it and would resend, still nothing. I had my operation on 17th June,discharged 21st June and the litter tray is swimming in urine, the house absolutely stinks, I am beside myself in this heat. Now 26th June, emailed this morning for a full refund, told it’s on its way. Have emailed back and told them it’s too little too late and I want a full refund. They’re an absolute disgrace and not fit for purpose. This matter isn’t over yet.
