I ordered the kidney disease taster pack which was ideal for me to try out on my cocker spaniel. He didn’t like the dried food. It arrived on the date specified and was good value.

Parcel has disappeared into a big, black hole with Yodel who was Vetsends courier of choice. Vetsend are refusing to issue a refund to me for the missing item or let me escalate the issue to management. Terrible service.

I love my purchase! I bought 2 sets of Chuck It balls. The fluorescent ones to replace (loved by dogs for their squishiness and slight whistle when thrown) and the Breath Easy balls to try out for the summer. The dogs I walk absolutely love both kind. The Breath Easy is perfect for those dogs that get really hot and just don’t want to stop playing fetch. I feel more assured they can regulate themselves better and the dogs love that the balls are easy to hold, easy to find and more random in how they behave. My order arrived quickly and the whole buying process was easy. I recommend 👍🏻👍🏻

Vetsend are a great company and quick to deliver. Sadly my cat hated the food I ordered which was Trovet venison for sensitive stomachs. He won’t touch it. It’s quite expensive, so I won’t be ordering that one again. However I have just ordered Mac’s, another mono protein food, so let’s see if that’s a success!!
