No customer service writte email and not response
Trying to get a hold of them to change or cancel flight because of coronavirus and their phone lines are fully down and they aren't responding to emails.
Best price for travel from LAX to Geneva. Major airlines. Our tickets immediately showed up on our major airline APPS. I was not sure what would happen following a low ticket price. I am very happy with the result.

This is my second review. I need assistance from someone regarding my flight ticket to Paris next week. I need a response either through email or this message. I need a change in flight or a refund please.

The worst company i had encountered in my life. Customer service are answering due to Corona. I think that is just an excuse to try and cheat people out of their money. I think everybody that made reservations with this company and didn't get treated fairly should get tougher and sue them.
Due to the impact of the corona virus we aren’t allowed to visit the U.S. from Europe. We don’t get an answer from the travel agent and they aren’t available by phone. Why ? I‘m afraid this isn’t a serious travel agent. Please contact us ASAP our flight is this Saturday !!!!!

We all have the same horrible experience with Vayama. Please call your credit card company, cancel the payment with Vayama and keep all your mails for your records. They are playing a very dirty game with us customers right now. Their excuse is that the "airline policy" does not allow a refund - which is not true at all!!

Due to COVID19, I need to take advantage of the airline's new policy to change my flight date. I have written emails and attempted to call but received no support. I was able to contact the airline to clear the ticket but cannot access my credit without Vayama. Really frustrating.
Terrible service. Will not refund tickets for trips canceled due to coronavirus. Customer service phone line is closed and does not respond to email. I tried contacting Eva Air directly, but booking number given by Vayama does not work. I will NEVER book with Vayama. Out $2,400 for a dream trip to Asia with daughter.

Customer service never pick up. I need to change my flight, and I tried 4 calling them times. And after 2 hours of holding it just got disconnected. My $800 flight isn't worth now anything. Paid for a flight that I wont even fly on

They are cheating on us. Tried to cancel my flight before 10 days of departure date and cant contact them by email. When only 4 days left they said have to call to cancel. And customer service already closed. Wth is this? I think they run away with our money. Dam trash travel agent ever.
Absolutely terrible. This is my 4th ticket purchase from Vayama. I was not treated respectfully during this Coronavirus scare. I can no longer travel to Argentina and would like my money back. I wanted my to change my ticket before, but now I want all my money back please.
I made a reservation for a flight from Iguazu Falls (ARG) to Cuzco (Peru) via Vayama. Amaszonas Airlines contacted me stating that the agent didn't give them my passport number, therefore I will not be able to board the flight, since they cannot change the data. They urged me to contact the agent. First of all, Vayama didn't ask any passport numbers on their reservation form, so, this is entirely their mistake. I have written several e-mails in the past 6 days - no answer from them. Also, I tried to call them - 3 of their numbers does not work at all (or not exist) - and the one I could reach them, the person just hang up on me after explaining the situation. It happened three times today. I also called my credit card company, and turned out the charge is still on "pending" - after a week - because Vayama didn't want to get it through yet (this is a puzzle for me.....) I do not recommend to use Vayama services to anyone!
I have booked a Singapore airline ticket for my mom through Vayama, due to her medical condition I need to cancel the ticket. I sent a cancellation request to Vayama with no response from them and spoken with Singapore airlines they are ready to do a full refund on medical ground and they confirmed the same through email. Forwarded the email to Vayama and requesting for a refund, not getting any response and their customer service centre also closed. Worst service and it looks like they will cheat my money.
