First and last time dealing with Vayama. They don't answer the phone, and they don't respond to the emails. They offer the lowest fare but when you enter the payment information you will be charged more than they offer. This is a cheap Indian Scam Comany. Stay away

My flight was canceled due to coronavirus. I requested a refund, but phone lines are shut down, there is no response to my email. It has been over a week and still no response. THAT'S $800 DOWN THE DRAIN!! Please save yourself and avoid this website at all costs!!

Vayama is by far the worst company one can deal with. I have sent several emails and they just replied to my first one 9 days later. They should not state they are available 24/7 because that is a complete lie. Honestly it's just not worth dealing with them. Airlines are willing to change ticket dates but you can't do the change because your ticket was purchased through Vayama. It would be great if they can reply in time to make the changes but unfortunately it won't happen. You are warned!!!!

My flight got cancelled, due to the Corona Virus outbreak. I was in Bangkok at the time, and lost my wallet. I had to ask my ex wife to purchase a return flight to LAX for me. She maxed out her card, in doing so. 3 hours later, Vayama cancelled my booking, with no actual reason given. I was left high and dry in Bangkok, with no way to get home and barely enough cash for a hotel room for the night. I sent Vayama 10 or 11 messages, begging them for another flight, instead of a refund, which they said takes a week to get. They kept sending the same automated response with no solution. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COST!!

it is the worst service I ever encountered. We booked the flight from New York via Istanbul to Astana, but our flight from Istanbul to Astana was canceled and we were automatically rebooked on the next day flight. When I wanted to cancel or change my flight, the service was turned off. No calls answered, no responses on emails. Nothing. It is the worst air agency I ever met. Never use it! it is an incredibly awful service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wanted to cancel my tickets to Dubai due to one of my flights got cancelled by Lufthansa without saying the reasons. I have been trying to contact Vayama for the last 3 days via phone and email but they seem to be non-existent. My departure date is tomorrow and I don't know what to do. Next step will be using my credit card to dispute these charges. DON'T BOOK WITH VAYAMA.

Will take your money and not refund it, then disappear. I had booked a ticket in end March to UAE and booked the extra fee to have a free cancellation possibility. With Coronavirus a hard reality, and the business that I was travelling for getting cancelled, I decided to cancel my travel and play it safe. I wrote to the airline whom confirmed that they are offering free cancellations on bookings due to the corona virus situation, however, I have to claim the refund through Vayama as they are the issuing party for my e-ticket. When I emailed Vayama customer service, I got a vague reply after 3 days stating that I have no refund entitlement whatsoever. They then completely disappeared when I wrote back requesting their legal terms and conditions so that I can know on what basis are they refusing to honor their commitment. It's been 2 weeks and 5 emails following up without any success. This is the sign of a scam business that has no customer service or intention to respond to a customer that has bought a ticket and a cancellation protection from supposedly a reputable online travel agency. Avoid this company if you would like to deal with a legit business.

What the hell is going with this company. I am scheduled to fly on 15th March and have several bookings with them. Left them several emails but no one responds. I am clueless on how to proceed

Trying to call them unable to reach them only answer machine and emailed them and no respond yet. Our schedule flight is already March 18,2020 and coming back April 6,2020. But there’s a locked down during those period because of the corona virus and i just want my refund back. So much stressful and still waiting for them to respond!

I tried calling them several times and no response. It was very frustrating in the beginning. But, some one in the reviews mentioned emailing them helps. It really did. Their reply to emails took more then 10 hrs. They worked well in my case and rescheduled all trips on time. My original reservations are scheduled for Mar14th,they settled everything in 24hrs. So better contact them little early if your upcoming flights are near by. They do great job on emails and they also called me on my number provided in email.

Absolute shambles of a company. Have tried to call them a few times but lines are down. An expectation maybe given the current circumstances and call volumes...so....I decided that I would email them to cancel a couple of bookings knowing that the rules on the ticket meant there would be a small penalty of $100 to lose on a $429 ticket and also on another booking losing the ticket but asking for the $55 tax back as it would be unused. After 4 emails no response at all. Avoid this company at all costs as they don`t give a damn about service or communications.

BEWARE!!. Changed my airline without my approval now i have to pay baggage fees. bait and switch. Good luck getting them on the phone or email within your 24 hour cancellation period. very sneaky. con artist. I will never recommend or use them again. this also looks bad on Skyscanner since they choose to use them as a trusted booking agent.

I have never had the misfortune of dealing with such horrible customer service. After being on hold for almost 2 hours they told me to call the airline. Airline couldn’t believe the agents had no idea of how to deal with the situation at hand. I called Vayama back. The agent was literally fighting with me. And then she hung up on me. Called them back and have been on hold for the past 3 hours! Still waiting for someone to answer...
