I have booked a flight from Denver to Munich. I have not received e-ticked but did received a cancellation from carrier Icelandair and advice to contact Vayama.com. Customer service is closed and on their web page they say that the telephone number contact can be found on e-ticked - which i did not get. I have nowhere to turn, they have charged my credit card.
Seriously very bad service. Trying to cancel my ticket they are not taking any calls crazy airline .
Corona is the excuse. Now almost a month, I didn't receive my refund despite airline cancel my flight. Vayama stopped the call center. Can't FB message. Only way to communicate is email. They seldom reply back. Silent for weeks. I smell a racket to charge Cancellation fees from us despite airline stop flying. Very bad people. Will never do business with Momondo/Vayama.

Compre hace meses un vuelo desde Kuala Lumpur a Ibiza, el mismo tenía dos escalas, una en Abu Dhabi y otra en Barcelona. Tras los acontecimientos de público conocimiento referentes al COVID 19, días antes intenté contactarme con la agencia de viaje para poder solucionar mi problema ya que la aerolínea pocos días antes me canceló una de las conexiones por lo que quedaba varada en Abu Dhabi, es decir, mi vuelo Kuala Lumpur-Abu Dhabi seguía vigente al igual que el de Barcelona-Ibiza. Ahora, el vuelo desde Abu Dhabi a Barcelona estaba cancelado. La aerolínea ETIHAD, directamente, cerró su oficina en Kuala Lumpur. Al momento del check in, del vuelo de Kuala Lumpur - Abu Dhabi me hacían viajar igualmente dejándome varada en Adu Dhabi, no me reconocían nada. Mi intención desde el primer momento, atento a la situación mundial que se estaba viviendo, era cambiar el vuelo o pedir reembolso para poder regresar mediante otra aerolínea, la respuesta de la Aerolinea fue que ellos no toman reclamo que debía mandar un mail, eso a instantes de que saliera mi vuelo, pero además me dijeron que DEBÍA COMUNICARME CON LA AGENCIA DE VIAJE, EN MI CASO: VAYAMA. CONTACTARSE CON VAYAMA FUE IMPOSIBLE, YA SEA TELEFÓNICAMENTE, COMO POR E-MAIL, COMO POR EL FORMULARIO DE SU PAGINA WEB, DESTACANDO QUE TANTO EN EL MAIL, COMO EN EL FORMULARIO, INSISTÍ REITERADAS VECES POR LA URGENCIA DE MI SITUACIÓN YA QUE QUEDABA VARADA. Mi vuelo fue el 18 de marzo y hoy a 28 de marzo aún no cuento con respuesta de VAYAMA. Quedé tirada, sin motivo me cancelaron el vuelo. No me dieron solución, ni explicaciones. REALMENTE NO TENGO CONOCIMIENTO DE SI EXISTE O NO LA AGENCIA "VAYAMA" YA QUE NUNCA SE CONTACTARON CONMIGO, PERO APROVECHO ESTE MEDIO PARA TODOS AQUELLOS QUE TENGAN PENSANDO ARMAR UN VIAJE CON "VAYAMA", NO LO HAGAN O REEVEANLO POR VERDADERAMENTE ES PARA TENER PROBLEMAS O QUEDAR VARADOS.
They are really terrible. I booked flight for three people for traveling to Japan on April 1 2020. and the airline canelled the flight due the coronavirus, I tried to call VAYAMA to get refund but nobody answers my phone call. Vayama is worst traveling agency. DO NOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH VAYAMA!
Update 3-30-20: after additional calls, I got a representative from Vayama and Air Europa on the line at the same time and it appears that I have the issue resolved. The last 2 Vayama representatives were very helpful. My refund is being processed. I will update the review if necessary. Old 1 star review 3/29/20: My flight was canceled by the Air Europa and was told that I am entitled to a full refund. However, Vayama.com has not responded to multiple email requests. They will be remembered by how they treat customers during the pandemic. COVID19 will come and go but Vayama will not recover, if they do not change their response.
CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE IS TURNED OFF AND E-MAILS SEEM TO GE GOING TO BLACK HOLE. IF PHONE LINES ARE NOT ACTIVATED WHATS THE POINT OF 3RD PARTY SERVICE!!
Compre unos tiquete para viajar a nueva zelanda, nunca me llego el billete de confirmación, por los temas del covid y restricciones de aeropuertos parece que el vuelo fue cancelado, sin embargo me llegó un cobro a la tarjeta de crédito. Vayama dice que consulte en la sección "mis viajes" pero allí no aparece nada.
Worst customer service during covid-19 time. They changed my flight without asking me and no one is answering my calls or replying to my emails.
The absolute worst. No one has gotten back to me in two weeks!
Don't lose your time, buy directly from an airline
This vendor does NOT deserve anyone's business! I lost my money, I hope you won't. This company runs Vayama.com, which is an online travel agency. The purchase itself was fine. However, I had to cancel my trip. The airline charges $150 cancellation fee, OK fine that's standard. Vayama/Travix charges $100 cancellation fee themselves for "administration costs" - this is an automated website so it is unreasonable to charge such high fees. The customer representative agreed to reduce their fee by 50% before we went through with the cancellation. Weeks went by, no refund nor written confirmation. Repeated requests via email to get a written breakdown of the refund was not responded to; they did reply saying they will "honor the agreed arrangement" (without stating the 50% in writing). After 2+ months, the refund finally comes. BUT, not only did they NOT HONOR the agreement, they actually OVERCHARGED $50+ worth of cancellation fees without any explanation!!! Attempts to clarify and work this out with them were unsuccessful.
Here I am again leaving my third review as well as calling, emailing and DMing them on Instagram and Twitter just to get someone to answer me. Today I found out from Asiana Airlines that my flight has already been refunded to Vayama and they are holding out on giving me my money! All their phone lines are down now that all their employees are working from home and I would love to know what exactly they are even doing at home right now? Nothing probably. PLEASE just email me back, I have been emailing you at the customer service email provided on your website. I am entitled to get my money back if you already received a full refund for it from the Airline I was going to take!! I will be taking legal action shortly without a response. I have >30 calls to you in the last month logged, over 10 emails with you, Instagram DMs and Twitter DMs that have all gone unresponsive AND one email from Asiana Airlines saying you already have my money.
The worst experience ever using vayama, nasty customer service agents, also my trip was delay one day and they don’t care about. Air help is just another excuse to get your money. I will never use your service again or recommend to any body else
On January 13, the flight I booked through Vayama was cancelled by the airline. I spoke with customer service and as we could not find an alternate flight that would work, we agreed to request the airline to refund me my money. Vayama immediately refunded their fee but I had to wait until the airline reimbursed them for my purchase. On February 19, I finally received an email from them that said they had received the funds and they would have the bank forward them to my account within 10 days. Ten days passed and I did not receive my funds. I sent another email and I got an boilerplate reply stating that refunds take up to 6 weeks. This all occurred before the world travel industry melted down because of COVID-19. It is now March 26 and I still have not received my funds even though they already received them from the airline. With the COVID-19 pandemic, there is no way to reach anyone. I will not let this go and will continue to call and email them until I get my money but they will have to work very hard to get me back as a customer in the future.
Compre unos billetes de Mexico a Japon. El vuelo de ida ha sido cancelado por la aerolinea según la página web de la aerolinia pero según vayama aun sigue estando operativo. Vayama no contesta lo emails para devolver el dinero.
Is impossible to speak with Vayama to refund my ticket
My flight to Japan was today. The airline cancelled the flight last week and they say I am entitled to a 100% refund since they cancelled the flight, but to request a refund I have to go through Vayama. I have tried to call Vayama several times but nobody to answer the phones. I emailed them several times but no response. I paid 2700. for my tickets. I have used them before with no problems. I am very frustrated now that my ticket will be expired and I don’t know if I will able to get a refund. I was on hold waiting for someone to answer on ANA airlines for 2 hours. I wouldn’t mind waiting as long as needed for someone to answer at Vayama but they are closed and working from home. This is bad business, they will lose a lot of customers after this.
