I booked ticket through Vayama, due to COVID-19 I cancelled the ticket. As per their procedure I called up them provided number, " initially heard, their service center it closed due to corona and asked to mail. Then emailed them for cancellation, no response. This was my last time using Vayama. Worst Worst Worst!!!!!!
I booked ticket, they took money and DID NOT send me e-ticket!! Oh my god.. I did call and call, I sent several emails, they are not answering.. I have no words to discribe how I feel, no money they took, no e-tickets, no communication but I have flight today in next five hours. No service from them. Was it fraud? What to do? 5 hours before departure, still no e-ticket, cannot do check-in, just know booking number 07W7GL
No recimiendo Vayama.Pesima asesoria del servicio al cliente.Mi vuelo del 21 de abril salida Madrid -Santiago de Chile fue cancelado en un tramo les envio correo para que me asignen nueva fecha y me responden con correo tipo informando que 2 dias antes daran solucion.!!! Ellos pagaran mis dias extra de estadia y alimentacion.???. Pasando abril es temporada alta y creo que es eso lo que quieren lograr cobrar mas , sacar provecho de esta crisis sanitaria. Y yo necesito volver a mi pais. NO RECOMIENDO VAYAMA ya que no dan solucion .
Defiendo profundamente esta agencia de viajes, la he comprado con veinte mas y esta definitivamente gana. en su facebook siempre atienden a todo, he tenido problemas como todos y me lo han solucionado de la mejor manera, todo es claro y veraz. es facil de comprar y los tiquetes no se porque SIEMPRE SON MAS ECONOMICOS que en cualquier otro lado. hagan la prueba y verán. agradezco mucho esa agencia de viajes. como ella hay pocas.
I needed to cancel a flight because the country I was flying to went on lockdown. Vayama had no means of customer service, no phone call or email reply. They said they would get back through email and no reply whatsoever. This was my first time booking through Vayama and certainly my last.

The airline canceled my flight and announced it would give refunds... Radio silence from Vayama customer service. Long wait times and unable to get a person attempting to call.
This is the worst company. My flight got canceled due to covid-19 and try to call the company to get my refunds. But they cut their phone and said they can only be reached by email. However, I emailed them and completely no response!!! Avoid this company they are SCAM!!!

Our names do not appear correctly on our flight tickets. The flight tickets have our first and last names as one name with Mr and Mrs in the first name section. Appears the data transfer from Vayama to the actual booking info on the airline website does not get transferred properly.

Then emailed them for cancellation, got a response to emails back to them if it's not general query so they will get back within 24 hours. Then emailed them for cancellation of ticket due to COVID 19. Have not received any reply from them since a week time., they not picking up call as well. Not sure whether still need to wait or take legal action on them. Even reached out airline, they told since it's booked through Vayama, needs reach out them. It's kind day robbery attitude from Vayama. It's not good experince
I am cancelling my trip because of coronavirus , can't reach a contact , on the site mentions call , then when I call mentions we speak only via email , and not responding to email , I will advice all of my friends and will post this on Facebook , that no should use this bad website , bad service
Please never use this website to book your tickets. Their customer service is unprofessional and is closed most of the times. I am trying to get hold of them for the last 10 days but have had no response at all
Was told my refund was issued and would arrive in 40 days, but it did not. Email support ignores you, and their phone line is no longer available. I knew I shouldn't have trusted that indian guy who told me I will be receiving my refund in 40 days... IF YOU GOT SCAMMED, DO A CHARGEBACK WITH YOUR BANK. If we make enough complaints they'll be fined.
Just got hung upon by customer service, without being helped, after waiting for half an hour. Don't use a company that treats you like luggage.
Vayama is possibly having one of the worst responses to COVID-19. No email was sent out to customers regarding about what they will be doing. No one answering phones. The website directs people to email... not one of my emails has been answered! I have even reached out to them through Facebook Messenger and Twitter too. No answer. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!
I received an email telling me they will give me a full refund but until now they don’t respond nor updates. My flight is coming and if i cannot cancel it manually, i might don’t receive the promise of full refund they promised through email. How sad! I am a regular customer or vayama but feels like they aren’t good in handling issues. I hope i get wrong.
I booked an international ticket for my mom with Vayama for the end of February to March 2020. The flight to the middle east was perfectly fine, as scheduled. After being there for a couple of weeks, Trump planned to ban flights to the USA due to the Coronavirus (for 30 days). I got really nervous so I called Vayama wanting to rebook her ticket to return the same day. I called several times before anyone was able to assist me. Bopanna/ Bopeanna from Vayama was the only representative that did his research and was able to rebook the flight for the next day. Thanks to him, my mom is back in town.
