Travix owns VAYAMA, the company I bought a flight ticket from in January to go to Brazil through LATAM airlines. The flight was cx in March and would only be refunded through the travel agency as per LATAM. Vayama has NO customer service. To every (numerous!) emails sent, the reply was the same: please confirm my request, and to contact the airline company (which I had already done). It’s a ping pong game. There’s nowhere to go. I’m being left with a $943.00 ticket to be paid for no service or product; gone to waste. Since March I’ve been bombarding Vayama with countless email requesting my refund to no avail. The only time someone actually replied to one of my emails was when I threatened to seek legal services against them. But the reply was useless as usual. I’m surprise there’s no class action against this lame, scam of a company. I wish the world would know about them and that the responsible parties would be actually sued and punished accordingly.

It is just unbelievable that companies like this still exist in modern day. Airline canceled my flight in March due to covid. Ever since, past 3 months, Vayama is not reachable by phone and they are not responding to emails. Airline have confirmed I am eligible for full refund but insists my refund can only be initiated through Vayama the third party agent through which I got my ticket. I concluded that VAYAMA IS A SCAM. 700USD gone! Even the AirHelp coverage is another scam.

I will never Booked again in VAYAMA Its been 125days that i am waiting to my refund since i cancelled my flight with insurance. THIS AGENCY DESERVED TO GET SUED, Never help to all their costumer during pandemic.

Do they have any number instead of that 8553968777 ?? Or..is this a scam website? Please please don't buy a ticket from this website. I CANNOT find the cancellation or change page!!! even if I bought the free cancellation or change Premium service. And they never ever receive my phone, they only reply with automatic e-mail if I send them a cancelling e-mail. I'm going crazy,,,, because of my tickets. Does anybody receive a refund from here?? How did you contact with them... Please tell me, please help me.. please Thank you so!! much

NEVER buy a ticket from them no matter how cheap it is. They will rip you off if your flight is canceled and refuse to refund your money. This is what they did to me. They are criminals!

Very poor communication. I tried to cancel my flight months before my actual trip due to the travel ban because of COVID-19, but I kept getting beat around the bush. I had to email them not once, not twice, but FOUR TIMES for a refund process to start. And even then, they only communicate through automatic responses. The airline they say they're trying to get the refund from states on their website the refund would be returned no more than 2 months. I tried to cancel my flight and get my refund since March, my flight was in May... and it's half-past June; that's 3+ months so far. I've resorted to disputing the charge through my card company. This is a massive headache that shouldn't happen. I will never be using this site again.

I’ve been waiting my repund since March And when I ask them about repund they still send me AI reply or just said be wait cause corona And first time when I’m requst to repund They over charged me even I paid premium package and insurance so I don’t have to pay for anything for repund But when I’m asked about over charged they repuse to reply for more then a month also after that when I can’t request repund because they are so busy about corona as they said I asked them How can I request cancel? They told me ask to airline but airline said this responsibility is legally on vayama not them and I have to do this thing over and over I’m sorry my English is not good But the point is Guys just do not use vayama

They refuse to help you. I have been trying to email them to get a refund that was already approved by the airline, but they are not doing it. they are saying that the airline is not offering refunds when I've already talked to the Airline and gotten it approved. they just don't want to lose out on the commission which is completely unacceptable. I don't think they realize by not providing customer service no one's going to want to return to them so they're going to lose even more money than just refunding us.

Es una empresa que no responde a las atenciones de sus clientes, no hay telefono de contacto y si quieres arreglarlo directamente con la aerolinea no te permite ya que te dice que debes de verlo con ellos, yo necesito cambiar mi vuelo pero lamentablemente por correo no contestan y los numeros de contactos estan desaparecidos, NO LO RECOMIENDO

Please never ever use this company. You can't get hold of them. They tried to rebook out ticket even if the airline has already confirmed that our flight was cancelled. Worst experience with this agency and what is even more frustrating is you won't be able to talk to any customer service. Their reply is automated. They need to be reprimanded so that their business license will be revoked. I learned my lesson to purchase our ticket direct to the Airlines as I had a very bad bad experienced with VAYAMA!!!! poor customer service.

Stay away from this company( sorry for real companies because I use this name for Vayama) !!!!!!!!. I had the worst experience in my life with them. If it were the only company selling flight tickets I would rather travel by boat.

We got robbed!!!!! Cancellation wasn’t processed even after airlines confirmed that my booking is canceled and is eligible for full refund. I am trying to call them but there is a msg saying there are working through emails, but after you write the email, you can’t sent it. Basically there is no way to contact this company to get your refund. It’s been over a week now and I dont see any email from the customer care team confirm that my flight got canceled. These people are not taking any action and I am very upset, feeling that I got just robbed by a company that I thrust to buy my tickets 😞😞😞

I just got scammed!!!! Terrible no one answered the phone! I cannot cancelled my flight on their website. I emailed them but didn’t no get a response. I’m contacting my lawyer now. I suggest that we All form an email group to address this matter legally.

Had a flight in March to Europe, canceled due to COVID. Of note, also bought insurance through Vayama when I originally bought my ticket in November 2019. I contacted the airline and they had given me a full refund through Vayama for my ticket. I have not been able to get into contact with Vayama AT ALL in the last 3 months. No response to emails or phone calls. So not only did I purchase travel insurance through them, but the airline actually refunded my $ without that insurance policy, and still zero communication from Vayama about any of this. Will never book with them again, will never tell anyone to book with them again. I understand times are strange, but 3 months with zero communication is not acceptable. At this point they have stolen my money. Atrocious.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO, DEFINITIVAMENTE NO RECOMIENDO VAYAMA! Llevo 3 meses en Cancún, México me cancelaron el vuelo hace 2 meses diciendo que me reembolsarían pero que por el tema del Covid-19 esto podría tardar un poco más de lo normal. La cuestión es que estoy atrapada aquí sin MI dinero y necesito volver a Barcelona, España antes del 26 de Junio porque mi pasaporte caduca. VAYAMA ¿QUE HAGO? Son nada más y nada menos que unos estafadores.

I would not recommend booking with Vayama.Vayama cancelled my flights in January due to the airline cancelling one of the legs. I still have not received my refund 6 months later. In December 2019, I noticed one of the flights in my itinerary was cancelled by the airline and called customer service. They said they would research alternate flight options for the cancelled leg and would email me options within 3-4 business days. I did not hear back in that timeline so I called again on 1/6/20. During that call, they informed me there were no alternate options but said they were able to give me a full refund and suggested I book flights elsewhere. By early February, I had not received a refund, emailed customer service, and asked for an update. The agent, Shaik, responded on 2/3/20 and said that my reservation had been cancelled, the refund was initiated, and that it would take 2 billing cycles from the cancellation time to receive the refund. By 4/6/20 I had not received the refund and contacted customer service via email again. At that time, the customer service phone lines were not active and the only way to contact them was through email. I re-confirmed the request for a response and never heard back from Vayama.On 4/15/20, I emailed customer service again, re-confirmed the request for a response, and still have not heard back. I sent another email request to customer service on 5/7. On 5/7/20 at 6:20pm PT, a Vayama representative, Kavitha, responded to my 3/6/20 email to customer service and said "Kindly be advised that request has been forwarded to concerned department to check, you shall be updated with the response at the earliest.". I filed a BBB complaint and have only gotten copy/paste responses assuming that my flights were cancelled due to COVID-19. They weren't. On June 1st, I replied to the last correspondence with Vayama where they said my information had been "forwarded to the concerned department to check" on my refund. I contacted Emirates on 6/5 and they said they were offering refunds to travel companies like Vayama but were not able to disclose information on refund status between Emirates and Vayama.There has been no other communication from Vayama.

La semana pasada la aerolinea nos cancelo uno de los vuelos CDMX-Paris para el 21 de julio. Pero no hemos podido contactar con ustedes, para ver que pasara con los vuelos de regreso, y el de escala. Si nos van a rembolsar o nos harán cambio de fecha. Ya se mandaron correos y no hemos obtenido respuesta. La aerolinea se deslinda diciendo que ustedes son responsables, necesitamos respuesta URGENTE
