I found great tyres which were delivered to a local garage quickly, efficiently and VERY competitively priced. Excellent experience and will happily use again.

Good tyres at arguably the cheapest price around. This would definitely have been a five star review but was marred by the fact that the product did not arrive at the designated tyre fitters on the day it should have! Enquires made with the fitters and then Valuetyres and it turned out the tyre had not been despatched and could not be delivered till the start of the following week for which apologises were tendered. The only problem was the day for arrival and fitting was the day we were going on holiday and had to make the ferry! The upset to the start of our holiday meant a change of all our plans and caused a lot of problems and upsets.

I ordered a pair of tyres to be fitted at Surefix Halifax, on the morning of my fitting date I phoned to check that the tyres had been delivered.I was informed that they had not, but after the fitter had rung value tyres he told me they had been delivered to their other branch in neighbouring Huddersfield & he would get them re-delivered to Halifax straight away for fitting as promised. I called to get the tyres fit & was told they were still in Huddersfield so I decided to travel to get them fit there as I needed them doing quickly. The tyres did get fit at Huddersfield although the staff seemed unsure what to do with the paperwork & the valvecaps were missing from my tyres. The fitter did spot a problem with another tyre on my Vehicle however which resulted in me ordering 2 more tyres through Value tyres again to be fit at Surefix Halifax. This time I contacted Value tyres myself to make sure they got delivered to the correct branch. I received an e-mail confirming that the branch had been phoned & the tyres had already been delivered there. I arrived after phoning first to be greeted by a guy who didn't know what to do with the paperwork & had to phone someone else. He then tried to say I had to pay for fitting even though I had paid the fully fitted price online which included valves,balancing,& old tyre disposal. The final straw came when he went to find my tyres & came back to say there was a problem as only one tyre had been delivered,at which point I left leaving the guy in no doubt as to what I thought of their company. I phoned Value tyres & cancelled my order explaning why,They did offer to re-order again & use a different fitting partner but I had lost all confidence in them so declined. I did re-order my tyres but this time I used Tyreshopper, what a difference, Tyres delivered as promised to National tyes & autocare Halifax, staff knew exactly what I had ordered & came across as very professional! Needless to say I will not be using Value tyres again, they definitely need to take a leaf out of their competitors book!

I am very happy with value tyres. I tried to buy a specific Bridgestone tyre from many large tyre outlets and they had problems sourcing them. Value tyres found them no problem and at the best price. Booked for them to be fitted at a small industrial estate unit which did cause me some concern as I usually deal with large outlets but they were very very good, diligent, professional and completely reassuring. I have used value tyres for both our cars and will use them again with out doubt. I have also been back to the tyre fitters for tracking and will be using them in the future for all my fitting and tracking needs.

I ordered my tyres on line and they were delivered in 3 days, the price was excellent and the web sight worked well, I would recommend Valuetyres to anybody needy value for monjey.

I was very pleased with Valuetyres for there help with the purchase of the tyre but I would not use F1 autocentre Newport Pagnell again for the fitting service.They did not seem to want the job and then tried to charge me for fitting which I had to convince them that it was prepaid with the tyre purchase

Ordered tyres and fitted within 2 days. Have had an issue with tyre since day one and emailed and tweeted asking how I get tyre swapped over as its faulty but no reply to either. A bit disappointing from a company I've had 5 new tyres off and now the Mrs drives too would have used them for her tyres too.

Value yes, service poor - date for fitting from initial booking didn't hapen, garage disputed they even fit tyres for that company which meant I had to telephone both companies - then fitter damaged my alloys and covered it up with black silicone.
