Easy to order and arrange fitting. Tyres I ordered were out of stock but alternative brand were offered. Fitting was straight forward and all at a very competitive price

Despite my fears that told me ‘if it sounds to good to be true it usually is’ I ordered the tyres which were far cheaper than the competition and pick my fitters. They turned up. They got fitted. They were black and round but not liquorice. Result Great tyres, great price, great service.

I did a lot of research and found their tyres to be the best value. Sometimes 50% less. Ordering online was a breeze, as well as when I chose to get them fitted. Valuetyres put me in touch with a local, reputable fitter and it was completed well. So, 10/10 for the process.

I booked for Saturday morning, on Wednesday, then was told on Friday afternoon, I can't get my tyres fitted untill Tuesday. Totally unacceptable. Will not use value tyres again.

Ordered two tyres on a friday. Earliest fitting date was the tuesday. Called on the Saturday for earlier fitting but could not . On the Monday received a email saying the fitting center no longer worked for them so they would find another. Received a email on the Tuesday saying no fitting was available so my order was cancelled and money would be refunded in 3 days . Poor service

I had ordered tyres to arrive for fitting on a friday. By the Tuesday lunchtime they still had not arrived. I ended up requesting a refund as I had left my car waiting in the garage for them
