Purchased tyres to be fitted locally.then 2 days later get a phone call to say can’t be fitted locally need to travel 44 mile round trip to have them fitted.should sort them selves out taking payment and then can’t complete very very poor would never use again

Good price, good selection of tyres in budget, mid and top range. With the budget range you can see what you're buying unlike other sites that simply list a 'budget tyre' and you end up with something you don't actually want.

Bought tyres and booked time for fitting them up only to find when I arrived at the garage Value Tyres had not delivered them. Wasted 2 hrs on this. All they could say was their driver was delayed.

I had to chase confirmation of appointment but after that all ok.

Quick and reliable

Excellent price from Value Tyres they beat every other place I tried. The fitting centre had the tyres replaced and fitted within 10 minutes, they even double checked the correct pressure. I honestly couldn't fault the service. I'll recommend to my friends!

Good efficient service.

Excellent prices and a good website. Downside is that once I had placed my order I didn't get any confirmation when my order was delivered - I had to contact them to find out if it was being delivered. Emails from them were courteous but confirming order delivery should be automatic.

Good price and easy online booking, but the garage address for fitting they gave me was wrong. I queried this on the phone and they said they had checked with the fitter and it was the right address. But when I got there the garage was being demolished and I had to phone the fitter to get the right address. Not sure if the problem was down to the fitter or Valuetyres but it was annoying after I had gone to the trouble to double check.

Website lets me order tyres and arrange fitting at a local garage. Then get a phone call saying tyres cant be delivered to garage so they susbstitute for cheaper tyres but expect me to pay the same. I declined and had the tyres delivered to my house (8 miles away from original gargae) refunded a small proportion of fitting cost so i ended up out of pocket and had to transport tyres myself. Inconvient and not what I originally requested

Busy [normally meaning good, cheap or both]. In this case I think just cheap. Tyre pressure monitor needed calibrating, member of staff admitted they had asked for it to be done for a while but had not yet been done. In a place where your only business is tyres this seems unacceptable. There was an imbalance of 8 PSI across my two front tyres. Staff were polite and happy to correct it until the pressure sensor in the car said things were ok. They were also very honest with a distressed lady who had a flat tyre and 3 children in the car who asked for some tyre advice, could have been taken to the cleaners and instead got sound , honest advice and one cheap tyre instead of 3 performance tyres for her old car. So, decent staff, maybe not great equipment. And cheap. Not a disaster but I would not go back.

To start with the tyres was delivered to the wrong garage and then they didn't know if my tyres would be fitted when stated.

Very good price for good quality tyres that saved on all the prices quoted on the numerous other sites explored. Prompt and efficient delivery to local fitter who carried out fitting exactly as promised on the day scheduled. What more can you ask for. I would recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for replacement tyres and have, and will, use this site again.
