I placed order with Valuetyres partly on price but also because one of their approved fitter depots was near home, even though they only offered AM or PM, not actual time slots. After a day or two Value phoned to say that their fitter did not have the correct equipment to fit my tyres so I would have to go to the next nearest fitter some 19 miles away. I refused and requested a full refund, which was made a few days later. If Value take so little care when selecting their "approved" fitters it raises doubts over their care for customer service in general. I will definitely not be using Value again.

Couldn't have been easier. Friendly staff answered my question quickly. Ordered and fitted within 18 hours. Fitting centre were friendly and both tyres were fitted within 30 minutes A+.
OK with website but doesnt appear the communication with dealer ship is good enough. Dealer seemed to encourage 'booking' an appointment later on or leave the car at lunch and pick up after 3 hours for a 10 minute job!!! Have used Blackcircles multiple times .. no quible... 30 minute slots given every time... Also, dealer put job on hold asking for 'voucher' then called valuetyres website who immediately called dealer telling them voucher not needed... more hassle
