Very good service.

Awful experience and extremely poor customer service. Ordered tyre and selected delivery date and time - but the tyre wasn't delivered on date selected. Tyre was delivered the following day but it transpired that the wrong tyre was delivered due to an apparent coding issue from the supplier. The correct tyre then wasn't despatched as apparently the tyre was incorrectly priced on the website and they could no longer fulfil my order. This was relayed to me via the mechanic and not anyone at Value Tyres. Alternative wasn't offered and I was refunded with no communication from anyone at Value Tyres. Only time I have had communication is when I've chased them up myself and I've still not had a satisfactory resolution and I've not been offered the original tyre at the original price paid despite being legally entitled to the tyre and price under their own T&Cs! Complaint emails are not acknowledged and I only get a response when I have chased and ask for yet another update. Abominable customer service and still no acceptable resolution - avoid at all costs!

Its not clear on the web site that the Tyre pricing at the chosen fitting centre does not include the fitting fee! Got a shock when I was asked to pay more at the fitting station, which end up making the whole deal a lot more expensive than other online Tyre sales.

After a slight hiccup with the garage chosen from their list, which unbeknown to them had changed their policy, they checked and phoned me back within the hour and found a more suited one. Then even after it was my mistake with the order Sarah was fantastic, nothing too much trouble. Phoned in the morning telling her about my mistake all done,tyre fixed that afternoon.

Bit of a mix up with tyres when ordering but quickly and courteously remedied. When there is an issue its the speed with which the company solves the problem that makes an impression. Will use again. Fitters were superb too.

Took my order ... couldn't deliver. No alternative offered. Left me in a hole. Very disappointed. Would have only got one star, but they did at least email me.

Again the garage seemed to resent my job(used before, always like this), why do they sign up? The tyres didn't arrive on time so I had to go back the next day, after arranging the morning off day before ,so major pain, they said it would take half an hour so I went to a shop nearby, when I returned they were fitted but not balanced!!!!!!! Today I had the juddering , thank you value tyres, won't be using you again

Very helpful, nice coffee shop a few doors down to wait in. The guys changed all 4 tyres on my pick up with no fuss, hassle or extra costs. I will definitely bring my other vans here.
