Great way to buy tyres

I drove 10 miles to have my tyres fitted on the agreed date to be told by the fitter to come back the day after, no phonecall or message. When I finally had the tyres fitted I was being charged 50 pounds even though the fitting was already included in the price when I bought the tyres. I used the online chat service. A representative from valuetyres contacted the fitting place and within 3 minutes the issue was resolved. What appears to be an efficient service from value tyres can become a very bad experience due to the fitters unproffesionalism.

Chose the tyres as well priced and convenient fitting partner at Stoneacre garage which was local. On arrival at the garage they had no idea about the tyres, I had to complete another booking for and waited almost an hour for 2 tyres to be fitted. When I asked why so long reply from the service desk staff "We're not Kwitfit you know" ! Great customer service - ditch this fitting partner value tyres if I were you.

Very easy to order and helpful on the phone

Purchase two tires from the website specified my fitting centre gave it a couple of days just to make sure they would arrive in plenty of time I planned to have my two new tires fitted then move onto my MOT which was also booked on the same day arrived at the fitting centre only to be told the tires haven't been delivered From Value tires. I managed to get hold of someone from value tires on the phone which offered no help whatsoever.

Required some tyres urgently and found them on Valuetyres website. I called them to confirm that fitting can indeed be done in 2 days and was reassured that everything would be ok. I received personal attention and tyres were fitted next day!

The site was simple to navigate and find the tyre i wanted. Excellent friendly service at garage (also very helpful when i phoned to confirm). Better value than i have had before. Very pleased and would recommend.

Can't find fault, good choice of tyres in all economic ranges from budget to premium. I even found tyres, rated B, from the budget range, very rare in that price bracket.

Fitter did not replace hell nut covers and broke the decorative centre hub cap with VW on it

Very good service at an affordable price

Bit fitting tyre was not cake walk, had to wait 1 hour in shop.

I have chosen Pirelli energy saving tyres for my Rover 75 Tourer CDTI previously and after finding I had to replace all four road wheel tyres I contacted the Value Tyres Sales Team to discuss tyre options. I spoke with a very pleasant young lady who showed me various tyre options on their website for me to consider for my Rover. She advised me about the Goodyear 195 65 R15 91V Goodyear Efficient Grip tyres, which gave better grip in the wet than the Pirelli tyres, had the same db rating and worked out cheaper. I was advised Value Tyres has 650 fitting centres around the U.K.and the nearest one was 3.2 miles away and the price included, delivery, disposal of the old tyres, fitting of the new tyres, new valves and balancing in the price. I ordered and paid for the tyres, which were delivered next day to the fitting company, who fitted the tyres at the time agreed. The advice and service from Value Tyres and their fitter, which I experienced, has been excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending Value Tyres for service and value. James Brotherhood
