Was a bit unsure of using an online tyre fitting service but I needn’t have been. Good service all round with a helpful lady who called me to arrange the exact date and time of fitting. 5 stars!

Great price for my two front tyres £20 cheaper than anyone else

Excellent service.

The tyre its self is good, but the delivery was bad. I was given a date of arrival and so I booked car in to have tyre fitted. Delivery didn't turn up. In the end it took over a week to be delivered. Value tyres were helpful when finding out where it had got to. Would use them again, just hope they change courier.

Excellent price, and first-class efficient service from the Norwich F1 Autocentre. Had tracking checked at the same time, which was out and recalibrated at a reasonable cost.

First time to use this company. So happy that I did. Great choice of tyres all at fantastic prices. Called to book a time to get them fitted, and had choice of times for next day. The people who fitted them were polite and 2 tyres took only 30 mins. to fit. I could not be happier.

Tyres are the only good thing out of this. Value tyres did not arrange appointment with the fitting station. Tyres were apparently just delivered there with no reference as to what they are for. Luckily I rang the fitting station before to confirm the time of appointment as this was not given and they didn’t know anything about the appointment until I mentioned the tyres and was told “oh the ones we just had delivered here and don’t have a clue what they for. Best price on internet, cheaper than Blackcircles and other online suppliers with fitting at a reputable dealer. Would highly recommend Value Tyres One small criticism is that there was no acknowledgement to the tyres arriving at my selected fitted. Minor issue but it would be helpful to know. Value Tyres are my no 1 choice now when looking for tyres.

Wasted journey no tyres delivered and no contact beforehand either from value tyres or just tyres the fitter. I wouldn't mind but these were ordered nearly two weeks in advance! Funny how they remember to send the review link even before the planned fitting date! Complete amateurs avoid!!!!

Excellent fully fitted price for a premium brand tyre

Other than the fact that the fitting date and time was not kept to, there was no other problem with this transaction. I would suggest to valuetyres that in future they email and or text their customers with a confirmation of delivery as been made to the fitting centre.
