Tyres ordered and fitting centre selected with no issues, Selected formula one autocentres of Kidderminster to have tyres fitted to my Toyota Hilux. Upon fitting they had a problem mounting the wheels onto their balancing machine due to not having the correct attachment so we're unable to complete the job. As I hadn't bought the tyres from them they didn't seem that bothered or very helpful to sort the problem out. Value Tyres couldn't find another fitting centre at short notice for that day so unfortunately a refund was requested. Sorry, the fitting centre let you down on this occasion.

One star is too good a rating! I ordered a single tyre on Tuesday 10/12 to be fitted on Friday 13/12 by a local tyre fitter, the tyre was supposed to be sent to my address I did not receive it but when I checked it had been sent to the tyre fitter and it was also the wrong tyre. After a couple of calls to Value Tyres on Friday someone eventually answered the phone and they indicated that they would check for the correct replacement tyre and call me back this they did and informed me that the correct tyre would now be delivered to the tyre fitter on Wednesday 18/12. Wednesday 18/12 as I was just about to go and get my tyre fitted Value Tyres decided to graciously call me to let me know that my tyre was now not available so they would refund my money. Value Tyres is not providing a service but just an unwarranted inconvenience to the customer, at the end of the day all they do is supply tyres but they couldn`t manage that on three counts with the correct item and the correct delivery! Because of their gross inefficiency, delay and inconvenience caused to me I have been struggling now to obtain the tyre I need - thanks Value Tyres! Please do not patronise me by claiming: "We strive to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction" when that is obviously not the case!

Disappointed. The good: The tyres were sent to the fitter with no issues. The Bad: i paid for fitting but there was nothing to prove this to the fitter so i had to pay £25 extra to get them fitted. i called the number provided constantly but it continually went straight through to an answerphone. left a message but ive had no response what so ever. i get the impression that this is a "spare room" one man band type of setup rather than a reputable company. would i use again? no chance.

I bought 4 Good Year tyres online and was booked for morning fitting 2 of purchasing. When I arrived at Justyres for fitting I was told tyres are not yet delivered and I called Values tyres where I was told I should have called before I go and was very angry because when I purchased tyres they sent me confirmation meaning they had my contacts which they should have updated me. I was told they were going to deliver tyres at 13;00pm and I had bought the tyres 2 days before. I was also given appointment for 5pm but I got there and waited until 5.30pm and to be told I need to go back tomorrow and this was my 3rd time of travelling to Justytes. Both services were very poor to me. I asked Value tyres for complain procedure and was told someone was going to call back and till now from Friday I haven't received a call. Poor customer service and communication. I wouldn't recommend anyone.

The price was very competitive against other suppliers in my area and so it was a no brainer, I will certainly recommend Value tyres to my family and friends

I ordered 4 tyres, they arrived only 2, after a few days I had to call and remind that I ordered 4, they were to be after 2 days, unfortunately they arrived after another 5 days. Bad service
