Good price and service. Only let down by fitting centre who said they hadn't received the tyre I ordered. ValueTyes quickly checked with supplier and promptly phoned me back to let me know it had actually been delivered and signed for the previous day.

Prompt delivery, good value tyres, I highly recommend them.

Bought tyres online, booked instead of blackcircles.com as offered day earlier fitting time, which worked with my MOT booking. Was contacted the following day with an apology saying that They had no fitter nearby anymore, and the nearest was 11 miles away. They would not deliver to my home address to enable me to arrange fitting. Ended up having to postpone my MOT, and pay extra £50 for having my tyres fitted by a local fitter. Not impressed, should have stayed with blackcircles, who I have never had a problem with.

Organised and paid for Tyres to be fitted for the wife’s car, she went to the garage with all the paperwork but was still charged additional cost for fitting. I did receive a refund of the additional fitting cost but only due to me calling Valuetyres to challenge, if my wife hadn’t given me the paperwork back with the receipt I would have not known. Error was unable to be rectified same day (Saturday) so had to call Monday, was told by customer services that they had called and left a message but this was not true, however they were aware of the mistake and the paperwork was being processed. Money was refunded by next day.

Excellent customer service, and hassle free

Can’t fault the online process, price and customer service contact. Only one small gripe was having to wait at the nominated garage for extra half hour while invoicing between garage and this supplier caught up! Overall recommended

Excellent service value and delivery

Waste of time. Ordered tyres, which where the right size for my car, but they sent out the wrong size to the garage. Phoned the helpline, when they got back to me a couple of hours later, saying I been given a refund and to reorder. After dropping the car off at 9.30 till 12.00 getting it back to be told they where the wrong size. Complete waste of my time and the garages. Eventually went to blackcircles. Wont be using again.

Slight delay as 1 tyre out of stock, but comoany telephoned personally and delivery only delayed by 1 day. Great service and best price on tyres.

I do slot of online purchases these days and always compare prices. On this occasion Valuetyres were the best value. Easy to use website etc. I picked my tyres, picked my fitting depot and booked a slot. Only problem l had was the tyres l had picked weren't available in my area, no problem company rang me up and l went through the alternatives and picked another tyre.

Using the info I checked around and found that you have maintained to be the best value as normal. I received them over night ready for my service the next day. Just a very big thank you to all involved.

Really great value as the tyres were the cheapest I could find. £40 cheaper in fact. Tyre fitter they chose was great too. Very knowledgable, friendly and very quick too. 45 minutes for all 4 wheels!!
