We have used Vacation Marbella a number of times and always found them an excellent company to deal with. From the first booking to responses to our requests, issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. We are just back from another trip and had a great holiday experience. Our rep Amine was friendly and very helpful too.

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for 36 nights for a work trip. From booking through to departure Vacation Marbella were fantastic. Anything I needed or any questions I had they would respond so quickly! The apartment its self is lovely, so much room and was left clean and well presented - the beds are super comfy too! The apartment is very secure making you feel safe, especially as I was on my own a lot of the time so it put you at ease. The location is perfect, it takes next to no time to be in the marina, as it’s just over the road. The balcony is great - plenty of room and 2 sitting areas. My only tiny suggestion would be to have a few cleaning products available, if you’re like me I have to have everything clean, all though some dishwasher and washing machine products are provided. Overall I was extremely happy to of picked this apartment, and will definitely be back again, and a huge thank you to Vacation Marbella for arranging everything, my transfers / parking etc, and answering all my questions perfectly! Was not a great experience, the pool was dirty and the villa was also dirty. We had no heating in the property. the pool was cleaned after 2 days but still had parts broken in the pool.

The communication and the helpfulness of the team was par excellence. The villa itself was situated in a very good location next to s golf course. It was easy to get to by taxi and there were shops nearby to buy groceries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and not forgetting that the villa was an amazing space to relax in luxury.

The condo is very spacious and clean. We were met by Anthony who showed us around and answered questions. We loved the spacious outdoor spaces both on the main floor and upstairs. The barbeque was a plus. The condo amenities showed a Jacuuzi which we thought was inclued in the price, but it was an extra 15 euros a day to have it heated. Guest services were quick to respond to our emails whenever we had a question. It would have been nice to have had a book or pamphlets on the area showing restaurants, grocery stores, how to use the bus service, taxis, where to dispose of garbage etc. We also loved that it was a secure building (you need a key for the gate to let you onto the premises), and the security guard was very friendly. The condo was very comfortable for 6 adults. The only thing we would have liked is a clothes dryer so we could dry towels and sheets faster. There are clothes racks which we used. The grounds around the pool area are very well kept. The location was great, there is a bus stop right out front, the Golden Mile is at the back on the sea, grocery stores are just down the street and taxis are within 300 meters. There are lots of restaurants and shops along the Golden Mile. You can walk to Old Town Marbella along the Golden Mile in about 25 minutes. We had a wonderful four weeks here. I would certainly recommend this condo.

Plenty space for kids and close to amenities

Pretentious con-artists covered in a glamorous appearance. Please don’t be fooled by this company! We rented a place through Vacation Marbella. It turned out to be a true nightmare. Upon arrival the flat was decent, but clearly unoccupied for a while. The following morning a serious leak occurred. The kind of damage that could not be easily repaired. We immediately called Vacation Marbella to get this resorted but to no avail: The “customer service” person clearly had no decision capacity, and clearly there was no escalation process in place. After 8 hours and numerous calls Vacaction Marbella offered us to (1) stay in the flat the place had severe and ongoing water damage and mold had grown in the flat – so not an options. (2) re-accommodation, however, not for all the days we had booked, and we would have to find accommodation for the lasts days ourselves anyway…a ridiculous suggestion… (3) get a full refund and we would have to find alternative accommodation. Due to their lack of care and the whole experience we opted for a full refund and managed to find a last-minute stay (not easy when you are a group of 5). To our surprise – the full refund we were promised after we had moved out were suddenly no longer on the table. Now we had to pay for a cleaning and some random check-in fee (something like 120 euros). We obviously disputed this and suddenly the “CEO” of this self-inflated company jumped in. Reading from other reviews – we knew what was coming….and the tone quickly became arrogant with the “CEO” replying “If you want anything else, get a Spanish lawyer” etc…It’s pretty clear what type of personality you are dealing with and as such we decided to leave it there. Finally, getting our deposit back took more than 5 weeks (despite the T&Cs suggesting 10 days…). They couldn’t even understand their own breakdown as they tried to provide “evidence”. Again, it turned out they hadn’t refunded the deposit as they kept claiming and it took several emails to explain.... surprise surprise… The company uses a very shade payment provider, a red flag we should have clocked at the point of booking. In summary: the accommodation was not safe, it was mouldy, and the company had no interest or ability to resolve major property damage. I hope the owner of the place was made aware of this as this would cause substantial damage to the property if left unattended. The customer service was useless, and the CEO seems to be a micro-managing penny pinching narcist. Obviously holding all related documentation of the damage, communication back and forth – I expect the CEO to jump in on this review and argue something along the lines that “they have no record of our stay” etc. ..Oh, and on a final note: all the ‘activities’ the company so gladly feature on their site to show the Marbella lifestyle – they have not connection or operation in place to make reservations or anything. It’s all just part of appearance….please stay clear of this company!

Quiet location - perfect for us. Great walking area streets or beach. Villa has a perfect 2nd floor terrace. Main bedroom away from others. Many great features - recommended. K

Aldea Blanca is a great location very close to Puerto Banús with a nice view. the service from Vacation Marbella was outstanding.

The apartment was not in very good condition. The furniture in the apartment was dirty and high humidity. During our stay there (2 months), the apartment dried out, but the damage caused by moisture was deducted from our deposit. In addition, the cleaning of previously soiled furniture was also taken down. Claims and letters of explanation will no longer be answered. It is clearly a company that finds a reason to collect additional sums from you after the rental. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

We had a good holiday! Good location, clean house. We had a problem with the jacuzzi, but they repaired it the same day. The appartement was not really 1 year old boy proof because of the stairs without possibility to close it. But we made it work! Thank you for the good holiday and service.

Nice apartment good location

Very nice apartment, close to the sea, quiet neighborhood. Received a warm welcome from Araceli and a lot of advices on what to visit in the area.

Very good organisation. Everything is very well organised. They respond immediately when you get in touch. Highly recommended!

Excellent provider with state-of-the-art digital experience. Except for the key exchange everything was well-organized via WhatsApp and throughout our vacation period vacationmarbella was very responsive to our requests with a dedicated guest relations team. The apartment was as promised / illustrated - nothing to complain about!

Property managers are responsive and dealt with several issues we had. The property is large and has a great pool and outdoor area but no sun protection and all the umbrellas were broken unfortunately. Great views of the ocean. Need a car to get around.

Nous sommes restés 6 semaines dans ce logement . À notre arrivée, nous avons été bien accueillis et l’appartement était impeccable comme sur les photos. Chaque fois que nous en avons eu besoin, Amine nous répondait rapidement et le tout se réglait. Puerto Banus est super nous y reviendrons l’an prochain. À pieds nous avions accès à de nombreux restos et bars. À 2 minutes de la marina et de la très belle promenade le long de la mer. WOW! Le supermercado à 5 minutes de marche c’était fantastique. Beautiful view of the sunrise from a spacious living/dining/kitchen all open space. Two good size double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Clean and well located, to walk to the beach, restaurants and Sunday market. We rented for the month of February so it’s a lot quieter than in summer. On Saturday nights there are a few night clubs open and some noise in the early hours. Otherwise a great location and apartment.
