We stayed at Villa Federer in Marbella in Oct 24 and had a wonderful time. The villa was well equipped, Vacation Marbella kept us updated with arrival information and we waiting for us at the villa to show us around. We had one problem while we were there with the gates, and they had someone round to fix the problem within 15 minutes. Great service

We had a very nice stay in two of the Vacation Marbella apartments. Everything was super clean and help was available immediately if we needed it. The hostess, Ara, was always available and super nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back next year. Thank you very much dear Ara for the opportunity of a wonderful vacation! We are very grateful that you were our hostess!

It was the second time we booked our holidays with Vacation Marbella and it was the second time that everything was perfect. Great Service, always nice and helpful. We will definitely book our next trip to Puerto Banus with Vacation Marbella again.

Highly recommended whoever want to have top notch service and villa stay in Marbella. It’s our first time to book directly from Vacation Marbella and I was skeptical at the beginning. After we stayed this time , we definitely will book direct from Vacation Marbella again. Had a great experience . The staffs are very professional and efficient to respond any requests during our stay. Like how we order online for food and recommendations good restaurants etc . The villa is so beautiful and tasteful design which we all loves it. We paid to have heated pool during our stay for our kids but it need to charged min 7 days even though we just stayed only 5 days. But it’s worth it 👍🏻 the water was really warm. Everything is just perfect and location is great . High security and safe area especially when you travel with kids. Thank you once again to whole entire team and hope to see you all very soon in Marbella. Regina and family

Vacation Marbella has been a fantastic host, that was always reachable. The house itself (Villa Miraluna) was absolutely beautiful, equipped with luxurious amenities and a beautiful outdoor area. We will definitely visit again!

Good communication

During our entire stay, every time we requested even the smallest service, it was refused. At the end, I forgot a jacket, and they asked for more money than the jacket's value to send it back to me, justifying it with 'service fees.' Avoid this place at all costs.

Our stay here was excellent. When the sun was out the terrance and pool was perfect, and when it rained the games area with pool table, cinema and video game was ideal. A relaxing stay in a great space within walking distance to groceries and restaurants.

This beautiful newly renovated villa with two swimming pools within walking distance to the beach was perfect for our family reunion. Spacious and stylish the 4-bed 4-bath villa accommodated 5 adults with ease and comfort. The host company let us check in early - much appreciated - great communication and info throughout. Would definitely use Vacation Marbella for future holidays in the area.

Excellent apartment in gated community with fabulous facilities and views. Vacation Marbella, the managing agents are professional but friendly, and very helpful and responsive for any issues.

I had the misfortune of renting a house in Marbella through Airbnb. The house is managed by the agency Vacation Marbella. Before booking, I told the agency on Airbnb's site that I was looking for another house because the one I was already renting in Marbella had a major construction site next to it. The agency didn’t inform me about a large construction site right in front of the house they listed for rent on Airbnb, even though they have a cleaning team on-site. So, they were fully aware of the nuisance situation. Worse, in the listing posted by Vacation Marbella on Airbnb, the agency falsely advertised in a photo that the neighborhood around the house was very quiet! What a scam! I discovered the construction site across from the house when I arrived. I refused to enter the premises and had to cancel my booking on Airbnb, which only refunded me 33%, as Vacation Marbella refused to give Airbnb their approval to refund me further. Finally, after a survey, Airbnb refunded me all the amount I have paid with a lost of apologizes. A very bad experience with Vacation Marbella. Avoid this agency at all costs!!

We had a wonderful week’s stay in one of Vacation Marbella’s villas with not one but two swimming pools. Stylish and comfortable with quality bedding and towels, and within walking distance to the beach, the villa was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Impressed with the personalized service and communication with vacations Marbella and would definitely use them again.

The quality of the properties on offer are very high and the team in vacation marbella was very helpful and available all the time.

The house was very clean and situated in a nice and quiet area close to Puerto Banus and Marbella. We loved the heated pool. The rental agency was extremely helpful and responsive.
