We booked a villa through Vacation Marbella in August, however had to cancel due to COVID-19. They have refused to refund us our deposit of £4k and told us to go to our insurance company. Our insurance company requires a cancellation invoice from Vacation Marbella to pay out - we have sent numerous emails to Vacation Marbella requesting this and Vacation Marbella haven't provided us with this invoice, they won't even reply to our emails and don't answer the phone. They have not sent us one single email/correspondence since we emailed to cancel the villa. We can't get the money back until we have this cancellation invoice from them. They are being completely obstructive despite it not costing them anything to provide this.
If you want to have a wonderful trip with absolutely no stress try Vacation Marbella. What you spend will be worth it the price

Perfecta localización! Un gran alojamiento, muy espacioso y bien equipado con perfecta ubicación y vistas. Disfrutamos del gran balcón, de la piscina y del salón que tiene una decoración y una luz preciosa. Borja y su equipo son encantadores, ojalá podamos volver pronto!
Genial empresa! Profesionales y con un trato muy humano. Nos alojamos en Noviembre de 2020 y todo fue muy bien. El apartamento que reservamos estaba en Estepona, en una urbanización muy tranquila y en frente de la playa. Todo muy limpio y con detalles de bienvenida que nos encantaron. Súper recomendados!
Pasamos una semana este Agosto, en una de sus propiedades de Puerto Banús. La estancia fue agradable, estaba todo muy limpio y el alojamiento era como lo imaginamos, se ajustaba perfectamente al anuncio. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones, pero afortunadamente lo resolvieron rápidamente. Fue una experiencia muy grata y esperamos repetir en el futuro.
Pongo una estrella por que hay que poner algo, Son unos impresentables... No devuelven la fianza y ponen miles de peros... Llegamos y la casa sucia... UNOS IMPRESENTABLES!! Se lavan las manos y dejan todo ala deriva!! No lo recomiendo para nada, Y la fianza que os aproveche chicos!!! Nefasta empresa
Really concerning. Booked a villa in good faith before UK FCO travel advice changed for the Spanish mainland. Went to cancel the villa well in advance of their 7 day before policy (on their own website). Quite an abrupt email back from Antonio telling me if they give everyone a refund they’ll go bust. You can’t make policy up as you go along, I booked it based on the ability and flexibility to cancel. Really unfair and as someone who visits this part of the world every single year with a big family - I just won’t use them.
Terrible. They have made up dry cleaning charges to not return my deposit. This is following a dispute because I requested a refund on a separate booking. They said they cannot refund even though I cancelled more than 14 days before the booking because the are struggling financially due to coronavirus. This was also after another incident where I paid the full balance and denied access due to lockdown. They said the owner of the property refused to send my money back so they couldn’t refund without a long court case. In the end I had to accept staying in a different apartment that I didn’t want to stay in without any refund at all. Had I know they would try to scam me at a later point I would not have accepted this. I’m making a claim through my credit card company and will never use them again.
Fuimos hace unas semanas a Marbella y tuvimos la suerte de en encontrar esta empresa.El sercicio de atención es muy buena y la casa en la que nos alojamos de muu buena calidad y muy limpia. Estamos encantados de recomendarles!
Experiencia increible y trato inmejorable
WARNING I rented a apartment from them for three months, the first day they told me that they will charge my card 300 euro's and when I check out they will refund my account. I checked out a month and a half ago and still they have not issued me my refund. I have called and Emailed them at least ten times and they keep promising me to look into it and get back to me and nothing happens. Make sure before giving them any deposit or payments you have paper work from them. P.S. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS, WHICH IS A RED FLAG FOR ANY COMPANY. The first half of there reply is a total lie, if I was such a bad guest they never rented to me for the next three months. After I left this feed back they Emailed me for my bank info to supposedly send my money back, which I do not trust them to give them such information because they can draw from your account. They keep trying to explain and make them self's look good, but they are digging there own graves. It's so disappointing. I thought they had more classy than this. Reading other reviews, other guests have had the same experience with them. I guess they where tricky and hard people to deal with too.
